I should have followed my gut on this one. Everything from booking to actually staying at the hotel has been a disaster, but the biggest red flag besides the rooms being dirty and the shower head being loose and spraying all over the bathroom floor is the fact that management tried to enter my room. I was woken up around 10:30 am on Friday morning by someone pounding on my door and trying to gain entry. I sleep with earplugs in, as I work the night shift and the housekeeping noises keep me awake. The moment I took out my earplugs I yelled for them to give me a minute. I assume they couldn’t hear me over pounding on the door because they didn’t respond and yelled “MANAGEMENT” and continued pounding and trying to push the door open despite it being obviously locked from the top. He finally heard me saying to give me a minute and responded but not even 30 seconds later the door was attempting to be opened again. Finally I hear a woman pipe up who I assume is front desk ask if I could just come to the front desk in a little while as my payment was due yesterday. I wasn’t even aware I was supposed to be making payments. When I checked in 10 days ago no one told me that I would be making payments and when those payments would be due. When I got new hotel keys at 4:30 am after mine stopped working, a past due payment wasn’t mentioned. I was just given new keys after telling them my room number and name. The first I had heard of having to make payments was when the manager tried to gain entry into my room. This left an awful taste in my mouth and an awful feeling deep inside of me. I now don’t even want to go back to the hotel. It doesn’t help that there’s a door that has been visibly kicked in and secured with a padlock a few doors down from mine. Did management do that? I wouldn’t be surprised with how he kept trying to force my door open. I won’t be able to fall asleep in this hotel without having anxiety due to this awful experience. No apology was given and no explanation was given. No one called beforehand to tell me my payment was late. I hate to think of what would have happened if I wasn’t there. Would they have just entered my room and removed my belongs because I hadn’t made a payment they never told me about?

Nach einer langen 20-Stunden-Reise mit dem Auto kam der Väter mir zu sagen, dass der Service 35$ pro Tag (erst willkommen !) sein wird. Auf dem Vorderbüro wurde mir ein Zimmer mit 2 großen Betten mit einem Bad zugewiesen: Als ich mich auf ein Einzelbett mit Dusche verwechselt habe, kam der Manager mit dem Trainer (sie sah wie ein juniorpersonal) und sprach, dass es keine Option gab. Das ist es, das Ende der Diskussion. Ich war in vielen Hotels und ich bin mit diesem Mangel an Kommunikation von der Hotelpersonal nicht einverstanden. Sie haben nie versucht, auf meine Nachfrage zu verbinden. Seit 2 Stunden bin ich in meinem Zimmer und prüfe andere Hotels in der Umgebung, da ich früher meinen Aufenthalt beenden werde. Das war eine schlechte Erfahrung.

The chanel lineup online that was supposed to be accurate was not so it was difficult to find something to watch. It would be great if the on TV guide were available instead of scanning a QR code and going to a listing that is wrong. It would also let guests see what is on instead of blindly channel surfing. The remote was slow to work, you had to press the buttons very hard to get the channel or volume to change. The pillows in my room were a bit dodgy (lumpy and broken down) and they all seemed to be the same firmness. I prefer a mix of pillows (some firm and some softer). and the ice machine on my floor was broken, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Breakfast was tasty and well-maintained, the room clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming.

Das Hotel ist genau das, was Sie erwarten. Nice ruhige Zimmer, voll ausgestattet mit Küche und Werkzeug. Guter Parkplatz und die Nähe zu Bellevue und Redmond. Es gibt eine nette Fahrt, die mit dem Eigentum verbunden ist, die für einen sehr netten Morgen-Wandern macht. Frühstück ist ziemlich gut. Und wie die meisten Hotels in der Gegend, super teuer. Meine einzige Grippe ist, dass der Hauptlift im Gebäude unglaublich langsam ist. Es war wirklich schmerzhaft, um es am Morgen zu warten. Es gibt einen weiteren Aufzug, der weniger bequem ist, aber tatsächlich bei normaler Geschwindigkeit bewegt.

Wir nahmen die Familie nach DC im Mai und blieben im Archer Hotel auf der Grundlage guter Online-Bewertungen. Das Hotel war sicherlich ein Highlight für uns! Wir haben einen großen Preis durch die Buchung über ihre Website, das Frühstück war viel besser als angekündigt, das Hotel ist in der Mitte eines großen Einkaufsbereichs, und wir haben ein Zimmer mit zwei King-Bett (sehr seltene Find). Das einzige, was nicht wie erwartet ausbreitete, ist, dass die U-Bahn-Station nur ein bisschen zu weit für uns war, aber es ist nur $5, um im Garage zu parken. Insgesamt, wir lieben nur unseren Aufenthalt dort ...a echte Highlight der Reise :)

Das Hotel war ruhig und hatte ein schönes Frühstück mit ausgezeichneten Bäckern aus der Nähe Blazing Bagels. Auch eine tolle Kaffeemaschine im Lobby, die die Bönen schüttelt und gute Kaffeegetränke macht. Hatte ein Frühstück im Pancake House neben der Tür, wo Sie einen 15% Rabatt erhalten, wenn Sie im Hotel bleiben. Schöne Lage, und wir konnten direkt vom Hotel zum W. Samamish-Trail gehen, wo wir große Aussichten auf den See und Mt. Rainier etwa eine Meile südlich auf der Trail von ein paar Pierre hatten.

Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer ist geräumig für vier von uns. Praktische Lage in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Autobahn. Ruhig Ort. Es gibt Kontraktion neben der Tür, so war ich nicht sicher, ob es laut wäre während der Woche. Es gibt unterirdische Parkplätze und kosten $15 pro Tag. Das einzige, was ich gerne aufbringen wollte, war das Frühstück am Sonntag. Es wurde gesagt, es war um 10 Uhr beendet. Wir sind um 9:45 Uhr niedergekommen. Alles war leer. Ich fragte das Zeug und sie sagte, sie ruft ”letzte Anrufe” zum Frühstück, so dass sie keine Nahrung rausbringen wird! Ich war gelagert. Wenn die Frühstückszeit um 10 Uhr endet, sollte es noch etwas Nahrung da draußen um 9:45 Uhr! Es war das erste Mal, dass ich so etwas gehört habe! Ich dachte, es war sinnlos. Wir hatten nur Cheerio zum Frühstück an diesem Morgen. Die Bananen waren alle schwarz. Ich war nicht sicher, wer eine schwarze Banane essen würde. Ich würde mehr Lebensmittelwahl empfehlen und Ihre Frühstücksstrategie wieder besuchen.

1. Room floor dirty on arrival. 2. Microwave oven glass plate dirty. 3. Frying pan is a health risk (teflon scratched). 4. Dirty plate in dish washing machine on arrival. 5. Sliding floors -＞ worsening my herniated disc & now my knees are very sore (still). 6. No cold water in bathroom sink tap + the water got more and more boiling hot. 7. Sink didn't hold water. 8. Three out of four lamps in the bathroom work. 9. No drain in bathroom + floor lowered towards kitchen area (with no drain in the floor either) -＞ wet & very slippery floors. 10. People in my room TWICE without my knowledge/warning -＞ made me feel very insecure (what were they doing? Were they going through my stuff? Stealing? 11. Coffee machine in lobby only served coffee & hot water + sugar substitute. Aka no tea, milk, or sugar. Moreover, coffee machine was out of order for five days (aka I left the hotel before it started working). 12. No toilet paper on demand; I had to buy myself if I needed bathroom tissue. 13. Corridor carpets full of dirt; they were not being hoovered every day/every second day.. However, three days before my leave they were being vacuumed. 14. Employees smoked within 25 ft of the hotel's entrances, violating smoking restrictions. 15. No soap in public restroom which also served as restroom for employees. Three days later, there was still no soap, and the room had obviously not been cleaned. 16. My stay was prolonged twice, because I needed to stay for more than one week, and because the staff couldn't/didn't know how to prolong it for more than seven days. This meant that firstly, I couldn't prolong my stay as much as I needed, and second I paid very varying prices for my extended stay; from 75$/night for one week, next week the price was 85$/night, and for the last two nights at a cost of more than 125$/night. All in all, I can only strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. Even if prizes from Choice Hotels are on display in the lobby, those prizes were won in Texas, not in Redmond, Washington.

Nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum von Redmond entfernt, es gibt viele Restaurants umgeben! Der Halle ist auch sehr schön, es ist eine reichhaltige Unterkunft.
