Es gibt kein Sicherheitsschloss im Zimmer. Es wird Mädchen nicht empfohlen, alleine zu übernachten. Das Hotel verlangt aus unerklärlichen Gründen 10 australische Dollar mehr als üblich, was sehr enttäuschend ist.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Einrichtungen sind komplett, fast alles, was man erwartet, ist vorhanden. Sauber und ordentlich, helle und saubere Fenster. Belüftet und atmungsaktiv, die Luft ist frisch. Ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, und das Hotel bietet einen 24-Stunden-Shuttleservice. Ich denke demütig, dass dies ein Hotel mit super hoher Kostenleistung ist.

Es ist buchstäblich niemand verfügbar, um Sie einzuchecken. Zu Resortpreisen im Gewerbegebiet. Zu teuer und kein Service. Kein Frühstücksbuffet (in Anbetracht des Preises)

I was only there for an overnighter between flights but the apartment was excellent - modern, spacious, 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. Close to airport and a short walk to the supermarket. Provides airport transfers for just $5. 24 hour reception.

Location: Very convenient it is just a 10-15 mins drive to the Airport. You can do some last minute shopping at Woolsworth and DFO Cleanliness: The apartment is well maintained. Service: It is great to have a reception so we were able to stay with a peace of mind. Facilities: The apartment has a kitchen, dining space, sofa, 2 bathroom and a laundry room with dryer. Perfect for doing my laundry before I fly home. You also have free parking within the premises. The only shortcomings for me... there is no elevator. So we have put our stuff in a hand luggage and walk up to level 3. You will have problem if you need to re-pack your big luggages.

It is better to provide a map showing those nearby food shop/gas station in addition to their address

This is very near to the airport and DFO. It’s also not too far from the CBD. The location is superb The customer service responded fast when we were not sure how to unlock the door at night. The place is clean and have everything needed Highly recommended

They were not clear that the shuttle service is chargeable

Don't ever book this hotel especially if you are booking it for the "free" airport transfer as they will charge you. They only tell you that it is free if you book thru them directly. I was shocked when I received my credit cards bill, I emailed and asked them what are the charges for and the manager told me that the transfer is not free and even have the guts to tell me to claim the amount from trip.com. Please book other hotels is better. They should have the courtesy to tell us that we will be charge for the transfer when I email and call them on the booking. I will be writing to the tourism of Australia to feedback.

Near the airport for a easy night

Staff are friendly, clean and spacious rooms. Have and will book here again.

Great service and nice place. Very close to airport, good for late flight arrival.

Spacious apartment near airport. My family and I only stayed for a night before an early flight out. 2-storey building with no lift so will need to carry up luggage. Car can be parked very close to the block so no issue there.
