Stayed at the Holiday Inn for a business trip. Friendly service. Room was clean and comfortabl. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. Wi-Fi was surprisingly good. Convenient location close to many amenities. Great value for the price. Ideal for business or casual travel. Highly recommend

Das Basketballteam meines Kindes blieb hier, aber wegen einer anderen Einladung konnte ich nicht bis Mitternacht ankommen. Ich rief vor, um sicherzustellen, dass ich in der Lage wäre, zu kommen, und die Person, die das Telefon antwortete, war freundlich und versichert mir, dass ich in der Lage wäre. Als ich nach Mitternacht ankam, war der Nachtclecher super freundlich (neu nach einem sehr langen Tag) und wir hatten eine nette Chat während wir die Papierarbeit machten. Das komplimentäre Frühstück war ein Schlag über dem üblichen - es gab sogar geschraubte Eier und Bacon! Auch, Sie verbringen viel Zeit, um rund um die Turniere zu warten, und ich saß draußen. Einer der Reinigungspersonal kam für ihren Pauschal - sie war auch sehr freundlich und wir hatten eine gute Gespräche, bis sie wieder zu arbeiten musste. Ich muss sagen, dieses Hotel hatte das freundlichste Personal, das ich seit langem, langem getroffen habe - wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war sauber und in guter Reparatur (ich vermute, das ist ein ziemlich neues Hotel). Ich mochte die Walk-in-Dusche und es gab viele Handtücher. Das Bett war bequem und der HVAC war nicht laut. Meine einzige Beschwerde, und es ist ziemlich gering, ist alle Lichter (einschließlich Lampen) waren hell ”weißes Licht”, was etwas hart um 12:30 Uhr war. Ein ”gelbes” Licht würde schön gewesen sein. In jedem Fall wird das sicherlich das Hotel, das ich auf meiner nächsten Reise verbleibe Red Deer.

This place is amazing to stay. It was very short and quick decision with trying to find a hotel to stay last night. We decided to stay here because of the family suite they had to offer plus swimming pool and the water slide. My kids tried the water slide and hot tub both. Then went back to our room. Massive suite can accommodate almost up to eight to nine family members. Everything were top notch. Super clean rooms. Slept like baby. Very quite. Honestly didn't want to wake up. They do have amazing restaurant provide delicious food. Sadly we had to leave very early. We will definitely stay here again. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for bigger suites, clean and comfortable sleep and delicious food. All comes under one roof.

Two adults and two children: $105USD/night, a bit higher than similar hotels in the area. The rooms have Keurig, micro, ref. Staff was great. The room was satisfactorily clean, but the carpeted floor only gets 7/10 for the ”white-sock” test. *(It's just easier to clean tile/laminate than carpet). We were drawn by the pool and waterslide (and the were GREAT) which justified the higher cost (to us). Breakfast bar was on par with similar priced hotels: Sausage, scrambled/boiled eggs, breakfast potatoes, cold cereals, various breads for toasting.

GGuest UserWe love staying at this hotel. It is easy to access (right off highway #2) and has restaurants in walking distance. But you don’t have to walk anywhere for supper if you stay on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday as supper and drinks are provided with your stay. We love going down to the community room on these nights to sit back and relax for an hour or so and talk with the welcoming staff. There is also a great breakfast included every morning. The staff here are always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for an excellent stay for couples, families and/or business event.

GGastnutzerSpent 10nights here, staff very friendly and helpful. Our fridge didn't work but we were given a new one the same day. Bed was clean and comfortable, while the room was of an acceptable cleanliness. Water was really hot with towels and toilettries beingregularly changed.Breakfast was great, plenty of unlimited options. We had to extend our original stay and it was arranged with no issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

GGuest UserA good hotel if you need to stay in Red Deer. Rooms were clean, lobby lounge is a nice place to relax, food is pretty decent and not overpriced. Staff were very accommodating and professional. They went the extra mile to secure a last minute dinner reservation for a party of 14. There were some noise issues on lower floors (according to some others in our group) but our floor was blissfully quiet (save the noise from the elevators). Overall a good stay!

We were super stoked that the aircon was freezing as it was boiling outside. Didn’t use the gym or pool but lots did and seemed to enjoy it from what we could see. Would stay again

GGuest UserMeine Tochter und ich blieben für das Wochenende für eine Veranstaltung im Westerner Park. Am Donnerstag um 12 Uhr war der junge Mann am Front Desk wirklich nett. Freitag Morgen sagte ich der Dame am Front Desk, dass wir mehr Handtücher brauchen, sagte sie kein Problem. Am Samstag waren noch keine Handtücher. Sonntag war Tag auschecken und ich hätte wirklich gern eine Dusche haben sollen, aber dieser ältere Mann auf dem Vordertisch war wirklich gemein und grouchig, als ich nach Handtüchern gefragt habe. Er sagte, es gab keine. 😡 So habe ich gerade aufgepackt und die Heck da rausgeholt. Ich werde nie wieder da bleiben, der Typ am Frontdesk war so brutal! Und um es zu erstmalen, sie liefen aus Kaffee um 830am, so dass ich wirklich meine Ziege hatte. Oh und die Kuchen auch geschluckt. Und der Ventilator hatte eine Zollschicht von Flüssigkeit.
