We stayed here while in between moving house, the hotel staff are super nice! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! We were super stoked that the aircon was freezing as it was boiling outside. Didn’t use the gym or pool but lots did and seemed to enjoy it from what we could see. Would stay again

We decided to stay close to home for our anniversary and try this newly renovated and a repurposed resort. Our experience in the order we did things Arrived at 5 pm. Check in took forever as other customers had a million questions and were chatty. Probably 20 to 30 min to get checked in and only 3 check ins in front of us. Dropped our bags in room and went for dinner HIY STEAK restaurant Staff - super friendly and awesome I had Steak with broccolini and mushrooms. And it was perfect and excellent Wife had lobster Mac and cheese. She couldn’t eat it as it was dry and super fishy tasting. It’s not really a steak house atmosphere. More of a mom and pop little town restaurant. ****** Nice. Clean. And what you would expect. Although we did expect it to be much bigger considering the hype we heard around it. LOUNGE in Lobby Wife wanted something to eat as she never really got dinner so we stopped here. Staff was friendly and that was about it Took over 20 minutes to get a drink and over 45 minutes to get food. Customers all around us were waiting forever for things. One guy got a salad and then waited 15-20 minutes for utensils. Food was not great and service was just horrible. My wife got mad at me for tipping. Which took 20 min to get bill almost. We were here forever for a quick drink and snack. Also drinks were very watery. We both doubt there was alcohol in them. Then we went to our room……….. This was one bedroom suite Earlier when dropping bags we saw how out of date the rooms were but knew hotel was old but that was it we left. When we returned for the night we found a mess of items that just disgusted us. Bedroom has no ventilation and was super hot. There were stains all over carpet and under end tables has not been vacuumed in a long time. Living room. TV was shattered, wall paper damaged and pealing, stains on floor and lampshade, carpet had string hanging everywhere. Snot on the wall. Was just unbelievable. Bathroom. Where do I start… there was a smudge of what looked like blood by the door handle, door handle was trying to cover a hole in door. Caulking on counter was just pasted over what appears to be mold. The tub surround had mold on walls, drain was gross, roof in disrepair. Big dirt smudge on roof and air vent not cleaned in long time. So we decided to call the front desk. Main thing was I did not want to be charged for a broken TV. Desk was polite but because they were fully booked they were not willing to do anything. Wouldn’t even send someone to look. I asked for refund and we would leave. But because I booked through ******* it was out of his hands. Like he just didn’t care to try to help. I called ******* and thankfully they were a great help. Got me a refund. We grabbed our bags and left hotel at like 10:30 pm As we left I wanted to make sure we were not going to be responsible for TV and the desk said ya that was last guest and he was charged for it. ?????? Why was it not fixe

Zimmergröße groß besonders die Suiten mit großem Schlafzimmer, befestigt Wohnzimmer mit Kühlschrank & Mikrowelle, Sofa, Essenstisch etc so gut für Geschäftsleute, die Sitzungen besuchen, während Familie & Kinder können sich in Zimmer und Hotel gemeinsame Bereiche sowie Reisen entspannen zu anderen Bereichen einschließlich Malls etc . benötigen ein Auto, aber Taxi & Uber sehr vernünftig als Lage ziemlich, sicher und fair Cenral. Viele Parkplätze, scheint ziemlich & sicher. Sitzungsräume verfügbar große offene Eingang & Check in counter etc.. Insgesamt sehr komfortabel und vernünftig

Stay was perfectly awesome. Rooms and amenities were superb. Staffs are friendly and amicable. Had a wonderful getaway from our mundane life. ‘Twas indeed a beautiful experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great stay with family and will highly recommend to friends and families. Such a nice hotel! Kudos!

Der Pool war sauber und einladend. Eine wunderbare Oase umgeben von realen Pflanzen und natürlichem Licht macht Sie sich wie im tropischen Paradies fühlen. Front Desk Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Kostenloses Frühstück wurde inbegriffen. Großer Aufenthalt. Danke für alle Mitarbeiter :)

Meine Tochter und ich blieben für das Wochenende für eine Veranstaltung im Westerner Park. Am Donnerstag um 12 Uhr war der junge Mann am Front Desk wirklich nett. Freitag Morgen sagte ich der Dame am Front Desk, dass wir mehr Handtücher brauchen, sagte sie kein Problem. Am Samstag waren noch keine Handtücher. Sonntag war Tag auschecken und ich hätte wirklich gern eine Dusche haben sollen, aber dieser ältere Mann auf dem Vordertisch war wirklich gemein und grouchig, als ich nach Handtüchern gefragt habe. Er sagte, es gab keine. 😡 So habe ich gerade aufgepackt und die Heck da rausgeholt. Ich werde nie wieder da bleiben, der Typ am Frontdesk war so brutal! Und um es zu erstmalen, sie liefen aus Kaffee um 830am, so dass ich wirklich meine Ziege hatte. Oh und die Kuchen auch geschluckt. Und der Ventilator hatte eine Zollschicht von Flüssigkeit.

We had the best stay at days inn Red Deer. Rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly and nice. We were in town visiting family and the location was great for everyone to visit. We will definitely be back!

Spent 10nights here, staff very friendly and helpful. Our fridge didn't work but we were given a new one the same day. Bed was clean and comfortable, while the room was of an acceptable cleanliness. Water was really hot with towels and toilettries beingregularly changed.Breakfast was great, plenty of unlimited options. We had to extend our original stay and it was arranged with no issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Die HIExpress wurde aufgerufen, den Preis für ein Haustier-freundliches Zimmer einschließlich Haustiergebühren zu ermitteln und während es etwas mehr als unser übliches Hotel war, beschlossen wir, mit ihm voranzukommen, weil wir so müde waren.
