This Premier Inn was the best we have ever been too. We slept very well even though the A127 was within 30-40 yards away as the double glazing was fantastic. The room was very clean and tidy, the shower room was the height of cleaness. Our bed was very comfortable. The service at breakfast was quick and efficient , the food arrived piping hot and tasted fresh. The whole experience was lovely and would highly recommend to others.As it wasnt far from Southend seafront we was able to take a trip there knowing we would ne coming back to comfort. Will be staying at this particular hotel again.

Really lovely environment, very clean, and service was out of this world. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was beautiful. This hotel is a must, excellent value for money. Highly recommend. Thank you for looking after us.

Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und ging aus dem normalen Weg, um zu helfen und zu unterstützen.
Reine und große Zimmer, gemütliche Bar und Restaurant mit sehr guter und breiter Auswahl an Lebensmitteln.
Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt, schöne Landschaft umgeben

The room was good- clean, well equipped, + biscuits provided as well as tea and coffee! Can't fault it.
Can't comment on the breakfast (included in room price) as its not available at weekends until after 8.30 and I had to be elsewhere by then. From 7.00 in the week.
The thing that let the place down was the parking - or more the point , the lack of it. There must be 40 rooms but only space for 4 cars! All the other car parks around and there are plenty, had max 4 hour stay limit signs on display. Rather than risk a parking charge / fine I found some on-road parking 5 mins walk away and hoped the car would be still there in the morning (it was). If you want a chance for the 4 places you'll need to get there early afternoon - its bedlam there in the evening with the other pub and food outlet customers vying for space, well it was on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Stayed here couple of nights ago before my morning flight, Must say I was pleasantly surprised because we were greeted upon entry by very friendly and smiley staff.
Rooms were very clean, mattress was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep.
The restaurant was brilliant and again staff were excellent both for dinner and breakfast. May even consider coming back to stay here with family next year! Well done to the staff!
