Comfy, convenient and good value. Nice continental breakfast. Convenient to walk to all the city centre sites. Friendly host and staff. Clean and comfy in every way. Good shower and bathroom facilites. It would have been great to have access to tea/coffee making facilities but know this isn't standard in many European countries, so not complaining! Thoroughly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Ai Giardini di San Vitale! Warmly welcomed by Monica and Concetto and treated with excellent customer service throughout my stay! I truly appreciate Concetto's smile every morning at breakfast ☺ and from my time of arrival. The entire place is serene, cozy and charming! My room is SO pretty and comfortable. Lovely place with a beautiful garden in the back where a lovely full breakfast is set each morning with excellent cappuccino available to wake you up. Easy walking distance to the Unesco mosaics and some really fine restaurants. Even though Ravenna hosts so famous an art center, people are friendly and helpful to tourists and the couple that runs this pleasant little hotel are very helpful and engaging. One of our favorite places.

This is a very lovely, clean, hospitable Bed and Breakfast. It is very close to all of the main attractions - they are in easy walking distance. Concetto, the host, is amiable and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast is typical Italian - good cheese and ham, croissants and a tart of the day as well as cereals, juice and toast. The garden is delightful and a couple of rooms open directly onto it. There is even a pet rabbit to treat.

Spent one night here and loved the free parking and warmth of the owners. To manage expectations, this is a home that is used as a B&B, not a hotel. It kind of felt like staying over at a relative's place. I did have some concerns when the power receptacle came off the wall when I removed a charger (I do think I was the straw that broke the camel's back on that one). Far from being upset, the owners explained that some Italian power outlets don't take "International EU" plugs and gave me an adapter for my "EU Adaptor" to fit into to connect with my USA plug! A great overall experience.

We had a lovely one-night stay in this B&B. The owners are very friendly and helpful and speak several languages. The room and bathroom were clean and very big. The place was quiet and we slept well. The B&B is conveniently located to visit Ravenna on foot as it is very close to the centre. We also enjoyed the lovely garden. I would really recommend this place.

Struttura molto curata, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro e i principali monumenti. Il proprietario molto presente e davvero generoso nell' accoglienza ai clienti. Un plauso a Mariela per l'ottimo cappuccino. Ci torneremo!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per quasi una settimana e devo dire che sono rimasta entusiasta di tutto: la gentilezza e l'accoglienza del titolare Sig. Concetto, le camere comodissime e spaziose e poi un bel giardino che rende questo posto ancora più piacevole! Super consigliato...ci si sente come a casa! In più ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro!

Non male…. Non benissimo….. Stanza molto grande e comoda, ma freddina. Scale un po’ scomode. Nessun bagno al piano della prima colazione, il che se le stanza al momento dell’arrivo no sono pronte è un problema, nessun tavolino e nessuna poltroncina in camera. Prima colazione sufficientemente buona ma niente di speciale. Proprietario decisamente invadente. Parcheggio gratuito, il che è un atout. Comunque a mio parere un due stelle sarebbe più appropriato per la struttura e il servizio
