We arrived at the hotel at 6:15 pm and had to wait until around 7:30 pm to be checked in. According to the receptionist, a room had finally become available. He scanned our Emirates IDs, I signed a check-in document, and we were told to come back in 30 minutes. We returned an hour later, at 8:30 pm, and the receptionist completely ignored us until we approached him ourselves. Then, despite having already scanned our IDs and registered us earlier, he asked for my Emirates ID again. When we entered the room, we immediately noticed a painting left on the floor in the corridor. Later, when I tried to hang my clothes, I discovered that there were absolutely no hangers in the wardrobe. The bed linens felt damp and uncomfortable when we went to sleep. The staff did not make any effort to assist or explain anything. Having worked in hospitality for 10 years, including with housekeeping and front office operations, I can confidently say that this hotel seems to have no standards for room cleanliness, amenities, or basic guest service. Additionally, if you are traveling by car, be aware that the hotel has no internal parking. There is no basement or designated parking level. You can only park at the entrance if you are lucky enough to find a free spot, where cars simultaneously arrive and park in the same small area. This was our first and definitely last time staying at this property. Guests ahead of us also waited nearly two hours to check in—even after 5–6 pm. Some guests even came back downstairs requesting a room change due to unpleasant smells and non-opening windows. * I was surprised to discover that although our room was booked with breakfast included, we were not allowed into the breakfast area. The staff insisted it wasn’t included, even though it had been fully paid for. I had to go to the reception at 7:30 a.m. to sort it out, and only then they realized they had simply forgotten to mark it in the system. It was an unnecessary and stressful start to the morning, and it shows that their system and service need improvement. Overall, the price is mid-range for the city, so it is not a budget stay by any means. Unfortunately, the service, room conditions, and overall experience do not match the cost.
