Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption und das Zimmerservicepersonal sind zu gut. Wir kamen um 4 Uhr, da unser Zug 5 Stunden spät war und wir warmes Essen erhielten. Als wir gingen, hatten wir gebeten, unser Abendessen zu verpacken. Es war nicht bereit, also gingen wir. Zu unserer absoluten Überraschung wurde es an meinen Zugtrainer geliefert.

Awesome experience. Everything was perfect. Very polite staff and very fast service. Neat and clean rooms. Awesome food. Not a single point of regrets. Persons who took special care were Mr. Satish Mishra And Mr. Wasim Akhtar. Both are gems in the managerial team need special mention in my review.

TV not working and toilets are dirty and dangerous for women, children and elderly people. No complimentary water or toiletries. Food has to be purchased personally from other hotels or eateries nearby. Not suitable for average families with kids and tourists.

Unser Aufenthalt in Karpfenholz ist einfach erstaunlich. Das Hotel, seine Lage, Zimmer, exquisite Möbel in den Zimmern und ihre Arrangement war großartig. Lebensmittel von hoher Qualität und mäßig preiswert. Von Manager bis Torbetreiber war jeder sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmerservice braucht besondere Preis. Dies muss eines der 3 besten Hotels in Ranchi sein. Jedes Mal, wenn ich wieder hier komme, werde ich dieses Hotel nur bevorzugen. Ich kann nicht den Weg, 1 oder 2 Marken von 100 Marken abzuziehen.

First of all i loved the location of the hotel, it's just around 3. 2 kms from the ranchi airport. There are groceries, malls, medical shops, street foods etc all available nearby. Now coming to the hotel i was in a standard room. It was perfect for a single person or couple stay, not more than that. The rooms were well decorated, hygiene was maintained well. The only con i would say is that the room was not well lit. Then you can have dining in the room. You have room service for cleaning the room everyday. You also have free breakfast buffet which was great. There was also a rooftop restaurant of you want that. The food ordered from restaurant is a bit costly i would say, but it was tasty. Finally i would say the stay is worth the money and everyone should check it out once. Thanks
