Breakfast was not good daily they provide potato sabji and towel and ac are old. Not so good room. As per taruff

The hotel is just average. It charged 500 extra for early check in even-though room was empty. The check in time 12. Noon is fixed in such a way that it can charge early check in charges from most of the customers. Eventhough my package included complementary breakfast, i was told that it will be applicable from next day only. Tv (cable connection) was not working. There was a problem with ac aswell which was rectified after 04 hours of my check in. Food at the restaurant is good but costly. I will not recommend this hotel at ranchi until or unless someone wants stay near ranchi railway station.

No towel provided. No slippers provided. Geyser was broken. Dust on the floor. Algae over the walls in the bathroom.

Not clean and not worthy of money rooms are not clean and getting bad smell, ac is good, bathroom are not clean not worth for the money they are charging for this hotel

A very bad experience was there, this is not for family & officials. I can't explain, but my recommendation is that, this hotel should be banned from mmt.

Decent rooms, one suggestion, please maintain a basic hygiene before handing over it to guests. Basic things, bed, blanket should be cleaned, change it before handing over.

Room and washroom not expected as per tarif washroom not clean properly also room so pols look them and do the needful

The property is located close to ranchi junction railway station. The rooms are big and amenities are very limited no tea coffee makers in the rooms. The upkeep of the rooms not very tidy the bed sheets are old and worn out and towels are dirty and worn out. Housekeeping is poor and complimentary breakfast is with very limited options. Overall not a star property as claimed by the management.

Hotel room was not decorated- broken wall, bed side electric board broken and open wire, food quality poor, not as per money value.
