I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was far below my expectations, and i would like to highlight a few key issues: 1. Cleanliness: the room was not properly cleaned. It was quite disappointing to find that basic hygiene standards were not met. 2. Bedding: the bed sheets provided were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the sheets were torn, which is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. 3. Towels: the towels were also in poor condition, unclean, and appeared to have not been replaced for a long time. I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues to prevent other guests from having a similarly unpleasant experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. the hotel staffs behaviour are not good and the hotel and staff management is not good and The room is about good. but the toilet is not good for

Nice and good hotel. Very near to the station. Good stay overall. Room very much clear and staff behaviour is very good. Just beside the hotel there is a resturant also, so there is no problem for fooding. I recommend to stay in this hotel. But they assist us a car for city tour ( requested by us) that was the worst experience.

Excellent experience, i would like to stay again. Clean and staf was well behavioral. And all staff sport us.

Clean room with clean indian bathrooms. The water facility, ***** with room services, was perfect. Overall good hotel for stay.

All in all it was a good stay. From hygiene, to the behaviour of the hotel staff, to the quality of food, everything was very well managed. So it was a very good and convenient stay we had.
