Its not a hotel , specially due to mr vijay If anybody is planning to book any corporate event, they should refrain and keep distance from this hotel. Fraudulent and forcefully over priced , room pathetic, service dangerous , Staff non coperative , they need bribe for everything . They dont have sufficient number of staff to cater any event, managers are ****** and money eater, they will take booking and if they find out you are trapped , they will try to take advantage of the situation and charge extra for everything . As a marketing person, I had the wordt experience in arranging a event in this hotel. Worst night mare.

NONTRANSPARENCY IN BOOKING/CANCELLATION & DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE, MAKE MY TRIP and HOTEL HOLIDAY HOME RANCHI Booked two non refundable rooms via Make My Trip. Paid upfront 10k to MMT. Due medical issues, we were not able to use stairs so we upgraded to deluxe rooms via hotel directly and paid Rs. 3360/- for the upgrade directly to Holiday Home. A medical emergency resulted in having to cancel the trip and we tried cancelling the booking almost 15 days before our trip. We were met with stiff resistance from MMT for any refund. MMT website offered an option for refund by uploading medical documents. However uploading medical documents was impossible through this website. Moreover when we contacted Holiday Home with a request for the refund of just the upgrade amount of ₹3360/- paid via UPI to them, they refused, citing "account issues". My booking of one day for two rooms was not given even a partial refund by MMT nor the upgrade of ₹3360/- paid to Hotel Holiday Home directly. Would NEVER recommend Holiday Home Ranchi to anyone due to inflexibility and attitude of the place. MMT be blacklisted for service deficiency. All traveller, Be Warned ! Anamika Ray

Excellent accommodation and rooms food test is awesome. Hotel is having Gym and Excellent Loan for walking. Services are swift and prompt Manager Mr. Swarit Singh is very cooperative and address any issues swiftly.

Very Happy With The Services. Good Rooms & The Hotel Is Ideally Located In Chandni Chowk. They helped us with a complimentary late check-out & was courteous during both the days of stay. Hoping to come back again to Holiday Home for our next Ranchi visit!

Very nice arrangement made by hotel with delicious food and other arrangements at reasonable rates. The hotel staff took care in other areas like photography, PA Systen too. Overall a very good family time was enjoyed by all of us !

Logistic n services provided by one n all ie right from Supervisor to waiter,was par excellence. All our friends n their families had a memorable day today as space, avenues n food above all provided was praiseworthy. We will like more visits in future.

My wife and I attended a conference at the conference hall of this hotel. We also had lunch at its restaurant and the food was good. Seems a popular venue for holding functions and conferences. Conference facilities are good with multi media equipment functional and adequate

Had an extremely pleasant stay. The staff was hospitable, accomodating and warm. Shatrugan at the reception was very understanding and provided effective and quick resolution for the brought up concerns.

I had my reception function at the place. The ambience is superb. Also the staffs are very helpful and professional. Their service is one of the best at very affordable price. The food is also very tasty. Worth visiting with family.
