Itsy Hotels Cradle Regency

We reached at the hotel (if you can call it a hotel) when it was dark. The cab driver could not find it since it was located in a narrow street. When we reach there , we had the shock of our life. The reception area is not as portrayed in the picture. There was a hole in the ground and 2 motorcycles parked inside. And don't mention the smell. We were taken in an elevator which looked like in the horror movies. The rooms were old, the bed linen of a doubtful color. There was a towel on the bed which looked 100 years and very dirty. The bathroom was so tiny that when you will take a shower, the whole place will be wet. And still that smell. We informed the people that we could not and will not stay there. At least they were helpful to help us book another hotel. It was already late and we had a child and 2 senior citizens with us. We had to book Radisson Blu to get a decent place place to stay at that time. Don't go by the pictures on the site. They are deceptive. Unfortunately, we were too tired and in a shock to take pictures. If you are looking for a place which is hygienic, look elsewhere.

One of the best places to unwind. A perfect safe clean and spacious place for couples and families. Attendants are very prompt and respectful. Kudos to the owner Ms Banerjee for her warm smile always. The rooftop view is splendid view.

Pretty good hospitality and got everything I needed and on time.Had to come to Ranchi for an interview and the hotel actually supported me emotionally. Services are top notch and got breakfast on time.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and sweet. The room was nice, not very big but quite spacious, the room interiors were warm and ambient. The only issue with the hotel is unavailability of 4 wheeler parking in it’s vicinity.
