What a place, best for kids with lot of activities... They have horse riding, sheeps, in-house friendly dogs, ducks, hens, mithu the parrot, monkeys, movies , star gazing, Patrol walk, swimming pool, indoor games, spa, cycling, gym, open play area etc. The food at the resort was awesome with evening high tea and the staff was friendly and hard working. Would love to visit again 5 stars...

I recently stayed at Saraca Corbett, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The resort is beautifully nestled in the jungle, offering a peaceful and immersive natural retreat. The atmosphere was serene, and the food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The swimming pool was not temperature-controlled, which made it less enjoyable at times. The bicycles provided were not in the best condition for cycling, and horse riding came at an extra charge, which could have been included as part of the experience. Additionally, access to the resort in a normal car was a bit tight, so an SUV or a higher-ground vehicle is recommended. Despite these minor issues, the hospitality was great, and the overall experience was enjoyable. If you’re looking for a getaway amidst nature with good food and a tranquil environment, Saraca Corbett is worth considering!

Don’t book SARACA for your wedding I booked this resort for my wedding on 7th & 8th Feb 2025. While the resort is beautiful and hospitality is great, the property manager Prakash Bisht and sales director Manish Bhatnagar will make sure they ruin your wedding. Resort doesn't allow Dhol, Ghodi, Di, Setting up lights and tents, jumping into the pool, etc Basically anything that makes a wedding a wedding. We had to literally fight for everything. They forcefully threw our DJ setup out, ill treated the decorator and photographers like third grade citizens and spoiled the whole wedding mood. There are so many rules and restrictions on everything as if it is a jail and not a resort. There CEO Amit Razdan doesn't want to listen to feedback and no one in the staff is ready to provide details. The resort is far from parking and is only accessible by their 4x4 vehicles which they don't provide easily and you have to fight for it everytime for your guests, makeup team, photography team and decorators. There's no place to stay or have food for the vendors at the venue and the nearest habitation is accessible only by their vehicles which they refuse to provide for vendors. Network connectivity is poor and they don't provide the wifi for the guests beyond a few devices per room. Vendors are supposed to manage on their own. Been a month, haven't received the invoice yet due to lack of internal communication. The accounts team says they were not informed and the Sales Director Manish Bhatnagar has no answers when he was informed months in advance.

Dear Team Saraca Thank you so very much for the wonderful and memorable stay we had with our pets. We had the most amazing stay and we would like to thank the entire team for making us feel so comfortable in your beautiful resort. Besides all the other things the food was just mouth watering and your chef and the dining team needs to be congratulated for that. Mr Bhandari in spite of rarely being seen, was available on phone 24x7 and was prompt in attending to all that we required from time to time. The high light of the vacation was paid trip to river side, amazing food and freedom pets had. Now our feedback on areas of improvement- 1. Reception guy needs to smile a bit and can be warm to guest especially when people like us have travelled 7/8 hours to reach the destination. 2. Spa was a disappointment where the music system was not working for tuning to relaxation music. The shower room had almost empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner and i had to step out after steam to ask for it .Used bottles were kept there. How ever the girl BK did a good job for me. 3. For pet parents dogs are their own kids and its not great to be reminded every time you ask for their food that it will be charged. I feel it would be better if as you make a food package for human being , you make it for pet also. 4. We had requested to reduce the food cost of the person ( my mother) who could not travel with us it would have been appropriate not to charge her food amount even if it was very little or more amount. We were not asking to discount the amount for her stay but only for food. I am not sure if the reception team even conveyed the message to the GM or the rigidity of policy makers for consideration of exceptional cases is too high? There small things can make a guest feel special or can give a dry feeling from your end. The resort, situated in a remote wilderness area, offers transportation for guests from the main parking area to facilitate movement ***** the access road. This typical trekking route contributed an additional charm to our experience. The resort itself is stunning, impeccably maintained, and staffed by courteous and polite personnel. The buffet selection for all three meals was diverse and lavish. In addition to comfortable accommodations, the property features a children's park, horse riding, and various activities for young children. Our three-night stay was enjoyable and satisfying. I would certainly recommend this property to others.

The resort is beautiful and spacious and also situated in the scenic mountains so if you want to go for a trek, you can go right away in the morning. Also, the food, ambience, punctuality, hospitality of the staff was very good. The resort has good maintenance and also quick response to customer needs.
