I booked this hotel through Goibibo, expecting a three-star property based on the listing. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable, let alone three-star standards as the price point was around ₹6,000 per day. First and foremost, the hotel is located right next to a garbage dump, and the foul stench from it seeped into the bathroom through the vents, making it unbearable to stay. The bathroom itself was in shambles, with broken fixtures and an overall atrocious condition in Room No. 209 provided to me. I have photos of both the washroom and the garbage dump view from the hotel to corroborate this. Adding to the frustration, there was no breakfast provided despite the high price point. To make matters worse, the printer at the hotel was non-operational, and they were unable to provide a proper bill for my stay. I strongly urge the Goibibo Team to inspect and verify the facilities and standards of hotels before listing them at premium prices. This property is not worth the cost or the hassle, and its current state is completely misleading. Travelers deserve honesty and value for their money, and this was a severe letdown. I will not be returning and recommend avoiding this property entirely unless serious improvements are made.

we stayed for 2 nights and would rate the hotel 3 stars. the staff was prompt, and the pricing is budget-friendly. however, the rooms need better maintenance. there was a bad odor, ants in the room and bathroom, no side table by the bed, and no ambiance, making the stay uncomfortable. additionally, the absence of an in-house kitchen was inconvenient. suggestion: charge ₹500 more but improve room upkeep and ambiance for a better guest experience..

Well it's located some what close to rameshwaram temple. I particularly booked this hotel even after seeing lots of negative reviews regarding the service - was due to their parking facility. The rooms were nice and was pretty good. Honestly i feel like they want to earn more money and reduce their expenses. They didn't care much if they facilities were working or not and enough items were provided. They didn't give me water bottles and they offered me the night before i was to check out. The room was not that clean and i'm pretty sure it wasn't cleaned after the previous person checked out. But was okay. If you are looking for a place with good parking option and don't just want to park your vehicle on roadside, definitely go for it i'm not saying too much negative things as i was overall satisfied with the rooms and stay.

Rooms size is adequate, pillows are not clean initially but the gave a exchange pillow when we asked for, no floor mat inside the room, near by to temple parking facilities available. No images available

The pic says a different story, but reality is far away from this. The rooms aren’t clean, no proper cupboards, tvs are not turning on. They provided single towel and didn’t ask for replacement next day as we booked it for 2 days. No room service, no cleaning, no replacement for blankets or towels. Pathetic rooms, more pathetic services. There are few good hotels near to this property, go for those but not this one. I wish i can give -5 start rating.
