Taru Villas Kandy

Looking for a beautiful restored estate home with impeccable service and delicious dining? Choose Taru Villa!  We spent three days exploring Kandy and neighboring region. The hotel is tucked behind some commercial buildings, but once the gates open and you move up the driveway, it all fades away. The hotel is elegant with an attention to details. Each space is carefully arranged to make you feel comfortable.  The staff are what really makes Taru Villa shine. Led by the hotel manager, the staff are welcoming and warm. You couldn’t ask for anything more. The food was excellent. The conversation was even better. We highly recommend to anyone. Well done Taru Villa, well done!

酒店房子不錯，有晚餐和早餐提供，到市中心不是很遠，還行吧

酒店很好看，有點像小畫廊。房間超乎想象，床特別舒服，倒下就睡啊！衞生也很好。然後酒店裡每個工作人員都超級nice，特別是廚房，無論幾點回來他們都來問我們要不要給我們做點吃的，而且他們做的菜也都很好吃！！

定的房間卧室有閣樓可以睡3-4人。公區和房間裝飾和維護都不錯。位置離市中心不遠，但靠近馬路和鐵路，除晚上外其他時間都比較吵。熱水開關隱藏在衣櫃裏且入住時沒有打開也沒有額外説明，前台晚上10點下班聯繫不上導致衹能洗冷水澡，浴缸內有衹小壁虎。晚餐除了湯以外都比較難吃，點了兩種魚都熟過頭很乾有苦味可能燒糊了。下午2點剛入住時想送洗衣服，被告知第二天上午離店前取的話需要加收額外費用，而前一天入住同一品牌另家酒店晚上10點送洗第二天早上退房前就洗幹熨好了，且免費。另外比較奇怪的是離店時的滿意調查反饋是前台幫你填好讓你簽名的，而上一家是讓你真實填，看到高評分還讓你提改進意見，服務意識差異可見一斑。
