Hotels mit WiFi in Ramat Gan

Das Hotel liegt praktisch direkt neben dem zentralen Bshnhof von Tel Aviv, leider aber weit entfernt von den touristischen Zentren. Ich habe drei Nächte gebucht. Am ersten Tag danach wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, obwohl ich reklamiert habe. Die Badewanne mit Duschfunktion zeigt Schimmelspuren. Der Pool, der auf allen Werbeseiten prominent angezeigt ist, ist während des gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen. Reklamation über eine Familie, die sogar nachts um 3 Uhr noch auf dem Flur krakelt, nimmt der Rezeptionist mit einem Achselzucken zur Kenntnis. Wegen einer ”Running Night” kann das Hotel kein Taxi organisieren. Und bemüht sich auch nicht um Lösungen. Es war dann aber später klar, dass es durchaus Lösungen gegeben hätte. Zimmer sonst ganz okay, gutes WLAN. Aber unter dem Strich keine Empfehlung meinerseits - und das, obwohl ich sonst gerne bei Leonardo absteige. Wenn ich wieder einmal nach Tel Aviv komme, nehme ich ein Hotel, das mehr in Strandnähe ist; dann kann man sich die teuren Taxen meist sparen.

Der Duschekopf fiel zuerst ab, auch der Nachbar hatte Sex und machte sehr laut, aber das ist nur lustig. Die Empfängerin legte eine $250 US-Dollar-Halte auf meiner Karte, die über einen Monat lang dauerte, was irritierend war, ich verstehe nicht, warum sie das schon getan haben, dass ich alles schon vorher bezahlt. Sie fragte auch den Manager die ganze Zeit, so vielleicht nur ein neuer Arbeiter.

Had to spend a night here due to an early start at the airport. Room was ok and was clean, but a bit dated. Bed comfy. Seems to be a bit of a resort hotel, but as I was just an overnight traveller, I didn’t use the facilities. Sports bar staff had a horrendous attitude, complaining about empty glasses not being returned. Service there wasn’t great. However the salads from the bar menu were epic - large portions and very tasty. Would come back here if I had to, but wouldn’t be first choice.

This hotel is simply run down and in a very poor state of repair. We arrived looking for the Ramada only to find it has since changed brand - this made it very confusing. The sign had literally just been taken down and placed on the floor on the ground floor security reception. After taking the elevator to the main reception I experienced an extremely rude check in. A young Ukrainian girl (who I didn’t see again, this was a Saturday) tried everything she could to make me feel unwelcome. After demanding various forms of documentation she threatened to call the police and told me that by checking in I was doing something illegal and would inform security. Very weird. Next she claimed I had no breakfast included despite my booking clearly stating I did, I even showed this to her but she offered no interest and refused to help. As a ‘gesture of goodwill’ she offered me a voucher for breakfast for one day - with a date expiry of the following morning - even though I was staying for 5 nights. When I protested I was met with more comments about illegality. I then had to spend 2 hours of my holiday speaking with *********** who then had to contact the hotel on my behalf to confirm I had indeed paid for breakfast. I just wanted to leave. The only reason I stayed was (despite my protests to booking and comments that the hotel has been incorrectly advertised and hostile) booking would not cancel and refund my reservation. So it was lose my money and leave or put it with it. I stayed but had all sorts of issues on my stay such as a broken television, flooding bathroom and one day I even did not get housekeeping services and had to clean my own room and request towels that never arrived. Seriously if you want a stress free holiday, avoid this place and ride entitled staff.
