They didn’t clean bed sheets, pillow covers and there was always a bad smell in that washroom. They are not providing blanket and towel, never book a executive room, there is no ac and it is too hot in that room

It was a very nice stay with spacious family rooms & other places. Breakfast was also very good, maintenance also good

It is hopeless. After travel-ling from madurai to rameshwaram, you land in a dormitory. The room has only beds and nothing else. The taps and shower do not work, the toilet seat is mobile and you can fall the moment you sit on it, there is no functional restaurant, there is of course no room service and is almost quite away from the main building, i would have not entered the room if i had not paid you in advance

I booked hotel for couple and i got dorm for 6. Thankfully ttdc switched us to suite but i am sure it would have costed less if i booked suite diectly through ttdc site. Other issue was cigarettes smell and mosquitoes in the suite.
