Hotel is at excellent location, very accessible via road, its a big property. Staff is supportive, food is good and is affordable. Its 3kms from temple, you can easily find autos on front gate or go by your own vehicle. I really enjoyed my stay here with my family. Value for money

I came for my father hasthi visargan think how our mental health would be what ever I have seen and booked it was totally opposite they have given a room in a building were construction was going on and the room they gave with frogs inside the room
I came with family of six including 3 ladies and senior citizens in the night time it was so traumatic by seeing such kind of room we had to fight with them for refund than theybahve alotted another room as it was night time we didn't had an option
This experience made me so traumatic that I should not book the room in Make my trip by seeing the picture
we dined in there restaurant and paid 800 rs for 6 people for only ordering dosa but none of us had a dosa except 2 to 3 bites coz dosa batter was spoiled after informing they were not reacting anything.
no hygiene at all its a health threat to stay in this hotel
Family rooms are not worth it. Totally waste of money. The Deluxe and single room are good at the first building (Reception area). Restaurant food and hygiene was bad.

Food and drinks: Inhouse restaurants are very bad. No hygiene in the kitchen and dining area. Lots of cockroach at the restaurant.

Property location is near bus stand and is slightly away from Temple but convenient. Property is clean spacious and amenities are good. Property staff is co operative and helpful. Food quality is good especially breakfast is complementary.I will definitely recommend this property to others

The staff are not very supportive and the customers have to take his luggage to the room, proper room service is missing. Very Limited restaurant food available according to the other TTDC hotel.
It is 3.0 km away from the Mandir rather than 1.50 km

A property with ample parking space. Very convenient to assess. spacious rooms. neatly served tasty foods. No authorized staff at hotel block facilitate the guests to locate rooms and directions. Reception staff require training on personal relationships. No Alternative for power failure

Worst experience. Bathroom was not cleaned properly feces in the tiles, bed sheets were terrible, understaffed. Rameswaram has few branches, booking did not provide the specific branch which made us to roam during busy traffic after a long travel. Worst ever experience. I can give 0 star for ttdc Rameswaram compare to best experience in ttdc Madurai 2nd branch, which can be given 4.5 star.
