There are so many positive things to say about this hotel, but the best thing we can say is that the staff made our retreat very delightful with their great service and warmth. The rooms were quite comfortable and the staff was very welcoming throughout our stay. My child became sick during our stay, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including making sure my baby and I ate on time. They truly are amazing. Kudos! During our two days there, it was excellent value for the money in every way. Furthermore, Mr. Dinesh Chauhan was the icing on the cake. After checking out, I realized that I had left my priceless gold chain in the restroom, and I nearly misplaced it. When I called the hotel, the staff checked with one another and with their manager, who I would be in direct contact with till my chain arrives in Rajasthan my home, They also double checked till the time I receive my chain. Rajkot genuinely made an impression on me, and the Lord's Inn I am incredibly appreciative to Mr. Dinesh for packing and couriering the priceless artifact to my city. Stayed at Lords Inn for business meet. Rooms are very spacious, Morning breakfast delicious. We had dinner at terrace, awesome view with excellent food and service. Akshi from reception helping a lot during my visit.. Thank you team.. Keep it up

From the check- in time, staff are very attentive. During my 4 days staying in this hotel, i found it is a nice, neat, clean, and comfortable hotel.. The staff here are nice and always smile to us whenever or wherever we go.. Breakfast is well-served. love staying here again..

Since I was staying at Rajkot for 1 night, I looked for a hotel close to the railway station. And that is when Lords Inn popped up. Since I have already stayed at many of the chain's hotels across the country, I decided to book this one, too, for my stay. The best part about the hotel is its proximity. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the railway station. All the major food outlets, shopping malls, etc., are nearby, including Reliance Trends, located in the same building on the ground floor. The entrance to the hotel was just a slight turn from the main road. The lobby area was exceptional and spotless, and the staff at the reception was warm, welcoming, and friendly. They ensured I had a quick check-in. The hotel rooms start from the 13th floor, which gives a panoramic view of the entire city. Having booked a studio room, it contains a king-sized bed at one end and a sofa at the other with a huge television, differentiating the area to split the room into bedroom and living room. The same table also acted as a study table on one end with a chair and electrical plug points for working people. The bathrooms were spotless and had all the amenities, including shower and shaving kits, well stacked. Also, kudos to the housekeeping team. The team was brilliant, and a special mention goes to Silpa Ming. She ensured that whenever I needed something, it was always available immediately, always with a warm smile. Having such employees definitely adds to the customer experience. The best part about staying here was the restaurant. It was a rooftop restaurant with 2 levels of sitting space available. The top level is where the buffet is served in the morning. And the views from the top were breathtaking. It covered the entire expanse of the city and was beautiful. The breakfast served was continental and included north and south Indian dishes, cut fruits, fruit juices, fresh dosas, and omelets on a made-to-order basis. Overall, I had one of the best stays across Lords hotels here. Clean and spotless hotel, with well-mannered and professional staff and a delicious breakfast, spread with a room giving a panoramic view. The best of Rajkot !!!
