Recently I attended our school reunion at Club Paraiso from 26-28 July 2024 and it was really fantastic experience. The property is very spacious for organizing various events to engage family and friends. The entire staff were very supportive and accommodating to meet the needs and requirements of the customer. I highly recommend Club Paraiso for anyone who is looking for organizing such events

Property is lush green with awesome landscaping located beside the lake. Executive rooms are very spacious. Staff were very courteous & polite. Food is average, non veg food is lacking taste. Breakfast options are limited & not at par with 5 star standards. Too many outside bulk booking present in teapot area. Group booking of males some company drunken people were disturbing the dining guest & violating 5 star ambience. These people were crowding the buffet area & started eating while standing near by serving area as if like crowd does in shaadi halls, people should take there respective seats at assigned tables while dining. Lastly infrastructure is amazing. Amenities good.

Though the property is huge and looks like a 5 start. But it's not run and managed like any star hotel. Very slow and casual service. Staff was not trained. Toilets were also not clean. Dirty and stained. Clearly they were understaffed coz room was also not clean.

Very thankful for Front desk staff Lilesh , shekher and Manoj Who hasbeen make our stay comfortable Very Good ambiance Infinity pool view is good & water is clean. Gym Is also well equiped & clean Break fast is also good spacially paratha. Staff is very supportive and friendly . Please provide phone no list near telephone so we can easily contact with the staff if we needed.

Very cozy comfortable room, i stayed in deluxe room balcony was verynice. And service is also fast. Resort is very beautiful

The room was just as shown in the pictures. Staff was also very hospitable.

Awesome ambience and tasty food. Great garden and party place to hangout at evenings. Prime location at centre of city. Beautiful rooms and great staff. With not being excessive costly as per provided. Sofa beds also for more than 2 guests in 1 room. Smart tv for binge watch and great windows to get outside feel. With mini fridge and all necessities at room.
