i had a very disappointing experience with my recent stay. i had booked a super deluxe room well in advance, but upon arrival, i was downgraded to an executive room without any proper explanation or prior notice. this was completely unacceptable. the executive room lacked the amenities and space i was expecting, and it certainly didn’t match what i paid for. the staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience caused, and no compensation or sincere apology was offered. overall, a terrible experience – i would not recommend this hotel based on how they treat their guests and handle bookings.. customer care person committed for some discount voucher due to this hotel behaviour. very disappointing experience, but on arrival, the hotel downgraded me to an executive room without any prior information or valid reason. the executive room was nowhere close in terms of comfort, space, or amenities. it completely ruined the stay. adding to the frustration, for this unacceptable behavior by the hotel. however, i haven’t received any update or resolution yet. this kind of service is completely unacceptable from the hotel would not recommend this hotel and very disappointed with how the situation was handled.
