I have never seen a more confused front desk than what i saw at this hotel. They had absolutely no clue about what was going on. Suddenly i was asked to pay for the dinner i ordered, however i paid the amount for lunch during checkout. Services were delayed. Asked for tea packets in the room, came after 3 hours.

Not satisfied. The room was good. Location was also good. But the staff are non-cooperative. They were not able to find the booking at first. Somehow i made them find it.

They are very restrictive in each and every thing what quality of room they showed in images they didn't give in real secondly they committed to give sofa as i requested they gave chairs the moisturiser and other things are of 3rd quality i need buy from out and use them.

The tub takes most of the bathroom, and it has holes in it, which brings out wooden filth when you step on the tub with water on. Can also cause small injuries. There are no lights on the cupboard. So you can't see what you put there. Lighting is dull and not moody. My room's phone stopped working and despite 4 complaints never got changed or repaired, i had to walk to the restaurant to place my order for the room service. A table was on the verge of breaking down but wasn't removed despite two complaints. Service staff is polite but seems disinterested. Menu is okayish. The food is good. The hotel is too costly for what it offers. You can charge all the big bucks like big hotels but can't teach your staff to smile - that's where the difference lies between a mediocre hotel and a good one. Disappointed.

Check in experience was poor. Even checkout was not comfortable. Room size is ok. Toilet fittings need repair & change. Food was ok. Many things on the menu were not available.

"I stayed at Babylon International for 2 days, mistakenly booked for 2 people. The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. When I requested a packed breakfast due to my morning flight, the room service gave a dismissive response: 'Itne paise mein itna hi milega.' The food is outrageously overpriced—300 for a 30ml peg of Old Monk, when a quarter costs 145 elsewhere. I went there expecting Red Label but left with the worst experience. Never staying there again."
