OPOA BEACH HOTEL

"Sehr gemütliches herziges Hotel mit wunderschönen Bungis direkt am Strand. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Wir konnten ein Auto reservieren über das Hotel, hat alles bestens geklappt. Vor dem Hotel liegt ein schönes Riff, das man über eine Steg gut erreicht. Jederzeit gerne wieder."

"I can't comment on the price, as we had this place booked via a travel agent as part of a package. The place was quite basic. No aircon. It is 7km from the township, with nowhere nearby to get food - although you do have the option of ordering dinner from a menu, which the hosts will then go and pick up. There are bicycles available to use for no extra cost. My main beef with this place was that I had emailed them before arrival to ask about mosquito nets - they advised that all of the room had mosquito nets fitted, then our room turned out to not have any. The windows has screens, but with fairly big gaps around the screen, where bugs could easily get in. The communal kitchen was good, the washing machine was very much appreciated."
