This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways!
I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuwait. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait.
Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay.
Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free.
Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant!
Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

Accueil très chaleureux. Hôtel a 20 minute à pieds du front de mer et des tour icônes nique de kuweit. Personnel très arrangeant, late check out, navette aéroport, conciergerie pour les bagages.

Staffs are very welcoming and helpful especially Marry who assisted us on our check-in. She answers all our questions patiently. The room were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the foods in breakfast buffet served in Bays Restaurant. Lifeguards in the pool area are attentive on our kid's safety. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Der Service war perfekt. Der Grand Club-Teilnehmer, Herr Tsega, half uns den Tag in einer sehr herzlichen Weise durch. Seine hilfsvolle Lächeln und schöne Kommunikationskompetenzen sind lobenswert. Auch die AV-Einrichtungen waren gut. Das Essen, die Reinigkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft machten es eine gute Erfahrung.

Most people get out of Kuwait for New Year, instead we went in. We had a quiet and lovely stay at St.Regis and did not regret picking this destination. It did not seem like the hotel cut back on staff count despite low occupancy so we could have personal service in the various restaurants and in the kids club; overall we enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a suite as Marriott Ambassador Elite guests and the suite was nice and comfortable. The bed was great and we could sleep well every night. The only mild negative I would say is that for a hotel of this caliber, suites should have 1.5 bath but unfortunately this one did not have the convenient extra half bathroom. We made good use of the kids club and our daughter enjoyed spending time there. The staff there were great and there was a lot of variety of games for children to play. The restaurant for breakfast was quiet every morning and included made to order dishes along with a buffet which had many interesting local options. Breakfast was a strong point of the hotel although the venue betrays the age of the building with low ceilings despite being recently renovated. For New Year's eve dinner, we went to the hotel's Iranian restaurant which had equally good service and we enjoyed the special occasion. Overall despite some weaknesses I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel.
