I experienced the worst service by this hotel. I booked through Hotel, Com for a one-night stay on 14th November 2022 for myself and my wife. With less than 20 hours before we were due to arrive and without any warning prior to this time ********* confirmed our booking the Rent Inn Hotel cancelled our booking. My wife called them to ask why and they said that they had cancelled all booking due to them letting out the whole hotel to a block booking from a football club. This type of service is totally unacceptable and with no care for the client. I had to contact ********* and give them details of the cancellation as they were still showing our booking as live. I had to give ********* my UK number to call me back at a cost of £3 per minute. The call lasted approximately 30 minutes and will cost me £90. They did manage to find me a new hotel the Atlantic in Rabat and fortunately saved me getting totally stressed out over this farce. I will never book or advise anyone thinking of booking with Rent Inn Rabat Morrocco in the future.
