Ich verbrachte eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war im vierten Stock mit Balkon, hyper sauber und komfortabel! Das Personal hat einen wahren Sinn für den Kundenservice, sie sind empfänglich, lachend, effizient, nichts zu sagen !! Die Hausfrau verbringt jeden Tag, es reicht, um zu fragen an die Gaststätte. Die Küche ist funktional, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, ein Mini-Ofen. Es ist super gut gelegen, Sie sind 7mn zu Fuß von Ariba Center. Super Aufenthalt, ich würde nicht zögern, zurückzukommen!!

We stayed here as part of a group tour to Morocco, and unfortunately, this hotel was the worst hotel that we stayed at on our trip. It seems that in Morocco there is no standardization as to what a star-rating is in hotels. Knowing that this was a 4-star hotel and having stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel in Casablanca on the previous day, we were looking forward to our stay at Belere and expecting the standards to be consistent. To our dismay, this was not the case. Our room at least was clean enough, although it was small. But our bathroom was filled with mold and didn't feel clean, and we had a weird mold-riddled tub that was difficult to get into and out of. There was no safe in our room at all. The meals there, frankly, were disappointing. Compared to the spread at the previous hotel in Casablanca, there was not a good selection of food, and the food that was served was not tasty at all. Staff in the restaurant appeared indifferent, and at times surly. The common areas adjacent to the restaurant, including the common bathroom areas were horribly dirty. The hygeine was definitely not up to any standard, and it left one wondering whether we would get sick eating the food at this hotel. And in fact, shortly after our stay here, my husband and I did come down with a case of traveller's diarrhea which only recently cleared up. The few good aspects to this hotel: The location is immediately adjacent to the Royal Palace, so is convenient from a touring perspective. The front desk staff were polite, sweet and helpful. The last positive is that when our tour arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel, we were greeted in the lobby with mint tea and yummy cookies. Unfortunately, all in all, everyone on our tour was thankful that we only had to stay one night in this hotel. We certainly would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Dieses Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufszentren. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, mit kompletter Ausstattung und freundlichem und aufmerksamem Servicepersonal. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Zimmerpreis etwas höher ist. Alles in allem ist es ein Hotel mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und es lohnt sich, es anderen zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut gelegen. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Vor allem Mädchen auf der Frontdesk. Entschuldigung, wenn ich mich an die Namen nicht erinnern. 😊. Die sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr komfortabeles Bett, weiche Bettwäsche, funktionelle Badezimmer, starke Dusche. Gute Klimaanlage. Großes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde sicherlich zurückkommen.

Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz und die Lage ist durchschnittlich. Wenn Sie nicht im Hotel essen, ist es nicht bequem, auswärts zu essen. Es gibt nicht viele gute Möglichkeiten, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Einstellung zum Hotelservice ist ziemlich gut?

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our Morocco trip. This Riad has about 8 or so rooms/suites and is located at the northern end of the medina (old city) of Rabat in a quiet, narrow street. It’s tucked away but straightforward to find with Google maps and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. This Riad combines the beauty of a historic building, Moorish in style, with the conveniences of a modern boutique hotel. It’s very stylish and clean. Our room had a fridge, safe, TV with some English channels, a kettle etc. Bed was good, linen, pillows and towels all high quality. WiFi worked very well and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. It’s quite ‘gadgety’, with electric blinds and buttons for lights and an iPad for something, it took me a day or so to get to grips with it all. The hotel serves a delicious traditional breakfast. There is a rooftop pool with a view across the medina which is lovely, but unheated so a bit nippy for me. There are some sun loungers and a shaded seating area. Some people may consider that this Riad has been over restored and does not offer a ‘real’ Riad experience. But this Riad has several advantages. It is much quieter than the more traditional type (which usually have no sound proofing) , is more accessible because it has a lift and doesn’t have steep narrow stairs or low doorways, and has sliding glass windows which keep biting insects out. The staff here are very kind and helpful and made a real effort to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed our 3 days here, the weather was beautiful and Rabat is a lovely clean green city. The Rabat medina is nice to walk around, much calmer than Marrakesh and comparatively easy to navigate as it’s on more of a grid pattern. The tram is a 10 minute walk away and is handy for getting around town, it’s cheap (about 50p a trip) clean, safe and reliable. Most of the local restaurants do not serve alcohol, however we found a few places that did, we can particularly recommend BazArt. A transfer to the airport cost 250 dhs and takes about 20 minutes. We would stay here again if we returned to Rabat.

Die Riad ist schön, gut gepflegt, amüsant Zimmer, perfekt gelegen. Das Personal ist erstaunlich, die Kontrolle jedes kleine Details, sie sind super professionell, aber warm und freundlich und sie machen Sie zu Hause fühlen. Die Terrasse hat einen spektakulären Blick auf Rabat. Sie können überall von hier zu Fuß gehen oder die Zugbahn nehmen. Die Terrasse hat einen Pool, der wirklich gut war, um am Nachmittag während der heißen Tage zu haben. Der Pool hat lange Stühle und sie bieten Handtücher und Hut.

Wunderbares Hotel! Mit meiner Freundin und unserer einjährigen Tochter. Exzellenter Service vom Check-in bis zum Check-out (welcher echt schwer gefallen ist). Wirklich schöne Zimmer (besonders die Badewanne), hervorragende Poolanlage mit zwei Pools. Frühstück sehr gut! Rundum zufrieden! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Khadija und Walid von der Poolbar. Hoffentlich auf bald!
