Allow yourself more time than expected to get there. There is very little information on the website re parking, boat shuttle transfer & checkin & even after having rang and emailed ahead and then visited the Delfin Pier reception desk, we still ended up checking in way after we had intended as the information we were given turned out to be patchy and incomplete at best. You first need to go the the Maestra reception at Delfin pier with you car & cases & show your reservation to the staff. They will give you a ticket for display in your car and you will await the shuttle bus driver. I would advise waiting in your car as I waited in the air conditioned lobby with a drink as advised but the receptionist failed to notify that the driver had arrived (as she had said she would) and if I hadn't seen the car oark emptying out of the corner of my eye, I would have missed him leaving - I had to leave my drink, run to my car and race to catch up with the convoy lest I have to wait another 20 or so minutes for the next trip. You follow the shuttle bus to a car park about 5 mins drive away, park up (no shade) & jump back in the shuttle bus to be brought back to reception where you await your boat transfer. If this all goes seemlessly you could in theory be on the island within half an hour or so from initially parking up at the pier though I believe 45 - 120 minutes is a more realistic timeframe. The island is great. It has everything you would expect from a resort like this and secluded bays along the ajoining island offer a handy excape from the busier main island. Most bathing coves are sea entry from the rocks and the beaches (bar an artificial one on the central causeway which is sand up to the sealine) are pebbles. Clean clear water & plenty of fish across both islands. Breakfast was extensive & generally tasty but very poorly labelled which makes life very difficult for vegetarians, vegans or those with food allergies. Rooms were ok tho unfortunately there were no tea/coffee making facilities. After reading this in other reviews we brought a travel kettle. They were also a little tired with holes in the curtains, cobwebs in the shower & the air con was good but quite noisy. Balcony blinds, spare plug sockets & ample wardrobe space were pluses. Pools were clean and we managed to get loungers ok (tho this could have been luck). Towels are free to hotel guests (available from the pool bar) but incur additional costs if you wish to change them fro clean ones. There are loungers scattered all over the coves of both islands, tho the further from the hotel they are the more covered in bird poo they are. They don't appear to have anyone check on them or clean them which is a real shame. The grill on the second island was closed for refurb (July 2022) so come prepared with enough food and water if you plan to visit this more relaxed island for longer than a quick walk. Wir waren wirklich vom Ganzen hier begeistert! Nettes Personal, jeder ist hilfsbereit, für die Kinder ist alles da was das Herz gegehrt! Der Club für Kinder ist sehr empfehlenswert und vorallem im Gesamtpreis enthalten, man muss nichts extra bezahlen! Es wird auch den ganzen Tag ein Programm für jede Altersgruppe geboten!

Ich habe dieses Hotel mit 2 Freunden für Hideout Festival 2023 besucht. Ich bin nicht übertrieben, wenn ich sage, dass das eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich verblieben habe. Das Hotel ist luxuriös mit sauberen und gemütlichen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind regelmäßig gereinigt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Große Schreie nach Tiki hinter der Bar, die den Aufenthalt im Pool noch mehr angenehm gemacht! Die Vibe am Pool ist erstaunlich, mit schöner Musik, die den ganzen Tag gespielt wird, die sich in der Festivalatmosphäre anhält! Die Vibe um den Pool ist unglaublich, mit jungen Leuten dort zu haben eine gute Zeit. Ich würde sagen, wenn Sie eine Familie wären, um die Hideout-Festivalszeiten zu vermeiden, da es Ihnen vielleicht nicht passt. Das Essen ist sehr gut, nur unten ist Frühstück serviert 7-11 am. Das Hotel ist mit unglaublichen Aussichten auf den Strand und Bergen auf der anderen Seite erstaunlich. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN, das sehr gut ist und einen Vertrag funktioniert. Betten sind komfortabel und Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Es gibt nichts mehr, was wir überhaupt brauchen! Ich würde hier 100% wieder bleiben, wenn ich in Zukunft an Hideout Festival teilnehmen würde! Geschäfte sind etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, was nicht nett mit einem Hangver, aber das ist nicht die Hotels schuld und würde mich nicht zu verringern mein Rating. Danke nochmals

Siamo stati 3 notti in questa struttura a metà agosto 2022. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene... l'appartamento dov'eravamo godeva di una bellissima vista mare, non grandissimo ma ogni spazio è sfruttato al meglio e tutto è praticamente come nuovo! I padroni sono davvero molto molto gentili e disponibili. Fuori si può utilizzare una piscina e una serie di giochi per i bambini (molto utili).. non dimentichiamo il bellissimo barbecue in giardino con tavoli e panche dove potrete sbizzarrirvi con la griglia (indispensabile). Il mare dista pochi minuti in auto, prevalentemente spiaggia di ghiaia ma ben attrezzata, pulita e dove godere un acqua limpidissima. C'è anche una spiaggia sulla scogliera a pochi passi dalla casa ma molto selvaggia... Negozi, supermercato e centro davvero a pochi minuti... consigliamo vivamente la struttura a famiglie
