They charged my card twice and never returned the money. They gave a thousand excuses and lie about everything, in the end I had to put an official complaint/sue them but it will take a while until they are forced to return what they took. Terrible service, I don't recommend it to anyone, untrustworthy people. Me cobraron el doble en la tarjeta y nunca devolvieron la plata. Ponen mil excusas y mienten con todo, ya al final tocó a punta de demanda pero pues esto demorará un tiempo hasta que se les obligue a devolver lo que cogieron. Pésimo servicio, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, gente de no fiar.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. During the morning the buffet for the breakfast was good and full of options. The TV didn’t allow me to change the channel and during the check in I took some more minutes because the platform was not working, same happened in the next morning. Overall it was a good experience.

The staff was amazing in general composed by warm and caring people, the rooms very comfortable, all the hotel was flawless, and all the dishes in the menu delicious. The menu included delicious local dishes which was great for me

Es un hotel con unas bellas habitaciones , cómodas y con múltiples servicios , con un restaurante hermoso y con comidas y bebidas deliciosas y una agradable ambientación y música seleccionada , y además queda justo al lado del aeropuerto ,y del Centro comercial

El mejor hotel de Quibdó. Está a unos pasos del aer, dónde también puedes acceder directamente al centro comercial. Te sientes totalmente seguro. La amabilidad y calidez de las personas es increíble. Tiene un restaurante de comida de la región increíble y además un salón de eventos para tus reuniones de trabajo o celebración. Una experiencia memorable!
