Me he alojado en este hotel cuatro veces antes y esta vez llegamos fue una experiencia muy mala. A nuestra llegada el anfitrión del hotel fue una persona muy descortés y profesional en cómo se dirigió al cliente, nada de amabilidad, ni siquiera una buena tarde o un buen día. Una vez asignada nuestra habitación, llamamos por teléfono antes para preguntar si se podían armar las camas como la última vez que lo habían hecho y dijeron que sin ningún problema entonces le preguntamos al anfitrión si podían armarlas, su respuesta fue simplemente "No" sin dar ninguna explicación y en muy mal tono. Cuando nos acomodamos en la habitación fuimos a revisar la tina y estaba sucia con pelos (ver fotos) Fui al lobby de inmediato a comentar que si podían limpiar la tina y la respuesta fue nuevamente un simple “No” seguido de no hay personal de limpieza, le pregunté que podíamos hacer al respecto y no dijo nada, de inmediato accedió a la caja y me dijo muy groseramente te devolveré el dinero, le dije que por favor llamara al encargado y nuevamente me contestó “No ", se negó a resolver el problema de limpiar la tina o llamar al gerente al respecto y su solución es tomar su dinero, literalmente sacó los billetes y me los entregó y dijo que es mejor que se vaya. Es la peor atención que yo han recibido de un anfitrion en un hotel y el menos profesional, el anterior anfitrion que tuvieron en este hotel era una persona muy atenta, educada y amable, perdieron un cliente frecuente con su servicio poco profesional y falta de voluntad para resolver un muy s cuestión implacable.
