Close to town but the road work causes a bit of detour. Only stay 1 night but it s convenience.

The roadworks weren't very nice. While beyond your control, we would have chosen another motel had we known.

The room is old.

皇后鎮的酒店普遍都很貴，這家還算ok，性價比也是考慮的非常重要的一部分。 之前攻略的門口有公交車站，機場1號線可以到達。沒想到最近在修路，站台暫時取消了，不過坐多一站地也還好，走得不遠，可以看到最美的兩棵櫻花樹。 距離鎮上走路10分鐘 距離skyline 走路25分鐘 又一個大坡要上下，其他沒有什麼都很好了，山景房，可以每天看到纜車🚡

令人髮指來形容這家酒店了印度主管服務態度。第一次見到聯繫不上賴客人和平台的，大家一整晚都在打電話發郵件聯繫。皇后鎮夜間温度2度，就給兩張毛毯。設施老舊，爐子壞了2個，風筒不能用，沙發床不能睡成人要加錢，是皇后鎮見過服務態度最差的酒店了。

酒店位置好，出遊方便。房間很大，擺兩張床空間仍很寬敞。房間的開放式廚房設備齊全，自己弄點吃的很方便。不足的一點就是房外街道整修，進出酒店要繞道。

4人2房2層的住宿，本人和朋友都覺得便宜，唯獨剛巧酒店門前有道路工程，車輛出入不方便!

有點舊了，洗手間有點黴味，而且現在外面在施工，有點吵，開車也要繞着進去。

I stayed here with two friends from overseas, immediately after walking a local track. Unfortunately, the motel put us in a ground floor room when major roadworks were being undertaken ALL NIGHT immediately outside the window. The earth shook. The noise was incessant. None of us slept, despite being very tired. The motel knew full well this was planned as they had been informed by the council. They agreed to move us the next day and promised a one night refund. We have never received it, despite numerous emails and further promises. Not good enough, Hurleys.

The staff/owners were very accommodating and genuine. There aren’t many options for a two bedroom unit under $500 in Queenstown so we were happy to find this one. Could easily have stayed longer, there is plenty of room and it’s only a short walk to town.

The Hotel was surrounded by road works. Generators, diggers and trucks produced constant noise during the daytime throughout our 9 night stay in late July 2023. Looks like its going to be there a while as whole road dug up. But three days after we arrived, nightworks commenced. So we had this racket the whole time we were there. We came to relax, but constantly woke up at night. Balcony was unusable due to the noise. When I emailed them before arriving I specifically informed them that I would pay via Travel Card. In spite of this, they deducted the money from my Visa, thereby costing me another $60.00 in international currency fees. Not happy about the shower over bath either. I have a crook knee and 67. I would book elsewhere next time. Room was ok, BUT the TV has the volume blocked off at 57, making it really hard to hear the TV over the construction racket. Not happy.

This hotel is in a good location but the ongoing construction outside makes access difficult. We walked into town but anyone not so fit would find the hill difficult. Our ground floor room looked out to parked cars and construction. This was not the fault of the hotel. Our room had not been properly cleaned- used soap still in the shower. Towels were so thin I would not have used them for my dog. No exaggeration! The bath/shower was difficult for older people to get in and out. Positives were the lovely staff especially the receptionist who was very helpful with dinner suggestions. Good laundry facilities. Large sized room and comfy beds

Apartment was a good size providing plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable providing a good nights sleep. Having a jetted tub was great for soaking in the evening after busy days. The kitchen enabled us to prepare our own meals as required. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Location is excellent & is an easy walk to downtown (there is a short, sharp hill in between, but nothing overly taxing). Public transport stops around the corner, which makes transferring a breeze. our room was at the back of the hotel & was therefore pretty quiet (no real traffic noise). Overall, good value for money

We only wanted 3 star accommodation and the bones of the hotel were good however it would have been nice if things worked as advertised. We asked for a room with two singles for our kids however we were given two doubles so the staff had to come and change the bedding around. We had chosen this accommodation as it offered an oven however the oven didn’t work (we discovered this while trying to cook pastries we had bought). The tv provided a remote control for all the apps however they were not able to be connected. I tried to have a bath after my kids however there was not enough hot water left and I had a cold bath. Beds were hard and lumpy in the middle so not comfortable. The lounge was comfortable on the plus side.
