Das Hotel war weder gut noch schlecht, die Aussicht war wunderschön, aber der Service war meiner Meinung nach nur mittelmäßig. Man hat uns nicht proaktiv geholfen, als wir beide viel Gepäck trugen, und die Milch war sehr spärlich – jedes Mal, wenn man danach fragte, hatte man das Gefühl, dass sie es nicht geben wollten.

Have stayed here for a few nights during holiday season. Generally good but definitely not worth the price and not matching the standard of a five-star hotel: (1) the shower cubicle door was not tight enough thereby causing some water leakage to the bathroom floor while showering, (2) the ventilation fan in the bathroom is not working and the hotel management sent several staff to fix but in vain, (3) upon check out, the receptionist alleged that we have opened a wine bottle but in fact we didn’t and it’s a mistake, (4) the staff is not very friendly. On the positive side, there is a convenient indoor car park and we can always find free parking in it. The room is clean.

We stayed 5 nights in 2 bedrooms apartment which is very comfortable. The fireplace kept the room worm, but I have a small complain that housekeeper never vacuum during my stay.

Recommend this hotel to everyone, the lady help me check in is very friendly and professional, explain every details to me and show me to the room, good quality service.   The room is spacious and the view is beautiful.

Matters is terrible This 5-star hotel boasts stunning views, luxurious bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The only thing that falls short is the mattress. The mattress appears to be worn out; the springs are sagging. The hotel should replace the mattresses to ensure guest comfort. Again, the mattress was terrible. I regret paying for it.

Amazing and beautiful hotel facing the lake. The 3 bedroom apartment we took is beautiful. Breakfast was good albeit space is smaller. Overall good hotel and residence to stay whenever you are in Queenstown.

The resort was awesome and it's really delivered the most luxury feel during the stay.

Our favorite hotel in Queenstown. View is great. Staffs are all friendly. As a boutique hotel, the breakfast is not as diversified as big hotels like the Hilton but exceeded our expectations.

The view was superb, booked a lake view suite especially for a friend, very nice view, well worth it.

We stayed here for 4 nights. This is a very stylish and comfortable home like place to relax and live. We enjoyed our stay! Will come back again!

We really enjoyed the beautiful view from our bedroom, which added a relaxing touch to our stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight—not only was the food enjoyable, but we were lucky enough to get a window seat with a lovely view. The hotel also offers paid parking for guests, which was convenient. We appreciated the direct access from the hotel to the lake, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding nature. Additionally, the communal laundry room was a helpful amenity for longer stays
