Very spacious, clean and is walking distance to the heart of Queenstown. A great stay overall!

這家很適合家庭出遊，我們訂了兩卧室對於兩大一小來説來空間很大。前台遇到了會中文的美女，溝通方便，我們入住的時候給了小朋友一瓶牛奶。有廚房會適合重慶人早上愛吃小麪的習慣。雖然皇后鎮什麼都有賣，但是熱門的店需要提前一兩天預訂。big all漢堡人肉排隊都要1個小時，所以早飯適合做個麻辣小麪加塊牛排。這家停車位方便，據説皇后鎮停車很嚴格。最後就是乾衣機和洗衣機，感覺沒有其他酒店的方便，不知道是不是要提前去拿洗衣服的卡來開機。感覺街上的乾衣機使用更方便。最後給的地圖很有用，推薦自行車愛好者去Jack point track。

雖説很像汽車旅館吧，但是條件相當不錯，比住大酒店舒服很多，至少窗户可以打開，要是有陽台就更加完美。位置很不錯，步行可到湖邊，又不會人潮湧動。院內車位比較多，晚上車位比較緊張。就在主幹道旁邊，缺點就是靠馬路的房間實在是吵，特別是公交車也在窗外停靠，一開始有些不適應，很早就把人吵醒了，而且這地方晚睡晚起，就更加難受。 套房很大，可以做飯，沒有洗碗機和洗衣機差點意思（公共洗衣房還是不方便）。 客廳一張單人床，卧室一張雙人床，很適合家庭居住。有一個挺大的圓桌，一家人吃飯其樂融融。 不知道平時房價如何，旺季的價格並不比奧克蘭五星級酒店便宜，可能皇后鎮就這樣。 沒有客房服務，人家特別説明瞭，自己收拾，缺東西去前台取用。 衞生間有硬傷，開燈就排風，不管你冷不冷，關鍵是轟隆隆的很吵。花灑是固定的，不適合小朋友，而且淋浴間太小。 這家分為lodge和apartment，不在一起，導航時注意區分。

房間很新，帶廚房的，設施很新，離鎮中心很近，各種近，基本上去什麼freg漢堡，湖邊，lv店等地標都是步行可達的。工作人員還很熱心負責，我們差點弄丟了一副墨鏡，也幫我們找回來了，真的超級感激！

旅館距離皇后鎮中心步行即達，衹是有一小段上坡路，房間裏設施齊全，帶小廚房，免費停車對自駕遊客很需要。

位置非常好，去哪裡都很方便，房間內的微波爐竟然是瑞士生產，房間的廚房設備很全，可以在房間內做飯，前台小姐姐很好，下次還會來，房間很暖和，總之一切都非常舒服

位置十分方便，行路5分鐘的到達市中心，加上有獨立泊車位，適合自駕人士 廚房設施非常齊全，浴室整潔，而且水力非常強 房間有廳而且很大

到皇后鎮的中心很便捷，連住中間沒人過來打掃😂

Horrible!!!!! We were checked in to a DIRTY room at around 5:45pm, definitely not an early check in. The bed was untidy, the rubbish bin was fulled and used towels on the floor!! By knowing how much it costs for the studio per night, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. We had to head back to the reception and wait for another room arrangement. Even tho the room was upgrade, this experience was unpleasant. This was so disappointing and disgusting to be checked in to a non ready room. I requested to see the manager on spot but no one showed up. I believe the management team should take this case seriously, follow up on this and kindly contact me with an explanation regarding this. In addition, there was NO key drop box outside the reception when there is no any receptionist in the morning (5am today). I had to head back to the apartment and left the keys in the room! Waste of my time! A terrible experience in this hotel and definitely not going to recommend nor come back to the next visit.

Short walk into town, parking within the motel or on the street. Easy check in Comfortable bed, good sized lounge room and kitchen facilities

I would love to show a picture of the front door and back door. We had a nice breeze going through, no air conditioning, and someone parked their mini van right up to the doors and cut off the air. Couldn’t open the doors to enjoy the weather no out door furniture. A good place to get in late and just go to sleep
