The premises and rooms are not equal of a 2-star hotel/motel. The tiles in the bathroom was broken, old mattress that cause back pain :(( The hotel lost its power on the second night of our stay from 11am forward. My husband came to the front to ask for any update or relocation. The owner said the power will be back at 7pm, however, until 9pm and we still had no electricity, no hot water and no food or any staff came to tell us we could be relocated somewhere with electricity. By 9pm we went to the front and no one was there. The whole reception section and dining areas were like escape room with no light and no one. We tried to come back and forth between our rooms and the reception areas to find someone and finally we found the owner. The man just yelled and glared at us and slammed the front door to our face saying we had to stay in our room and did not give us any chance to ask. After that he just left. WE have no choice and no interest to stay and that hotel any more and went on to find a new accommodation. The next day when we came back and ask for a refund of whatever left for our stay which is 8 nights. However, the owner just said the electricity is back and refused to refund or be a polite host as he supposed to be. We lost $700 for nothing but bad attitude. I never experienced this kind of hospitality service before and recommend who choose this hotel in the future, beware you might be treat like a prisoner, not a customer at this property. This is the worst Christmas in my life.
