Hotel Motel le Regent

還是不錯的，就是交通沒那麼方便，周邊的grocery稍微有點遠。

The motel room we were given was away from the main building, was musty, smelled of antiseptic, and had black mold in the corners of the shower door. There was an adjoining door inside the room, but no rentable room behind it. The outside area was decrepit, with questionable surroundings. Would not refund money, we left and rented elsewhere.

Smooth and fast check in - out. Damage/loss incidental deposit was fully refunded. Room was very clean and neutral scent. Bed was comfortable and clean. Front desk was multi-lingual and can communicate in english as well which they will answer your questions and explain regarding your booking. Breakfast is available. They have the Best price in the city. There are Security Cameras around the parking lot/reception for safety. Has Plenty of parking space and well lit at night. Strong and fast Wifi internet, Fridge, blow dryer and cable TV available. Lots of hot water flowing and consistent temperature.

Polite desk staff. Tub was blocked. Handyman blamed me. I have short grey hair, tub blocked with long brown hair. Bugs on windows. Corners of floors dirty. Electric heater(s) not on. 10° outside. Same inside. Wifi and satellite spotty. USB charge ports not powered. 1 sheet, 1 blanket. We froze. Entire facility looks has not been repaired for at least 10 years. Junction box for heater on outside of wall. Only good thing was no rain inside. Toilet tank leaks water on broken tiles. Rusty tp holder, held in place with drywall screws. A slum.

The premises and rooms are not equal of a 2-star hotel/motel. The tiles in the bathroom was broken, old mattress that cause back pain :(( The hotel lost its power on the second night of our stay from 11am forward. My husband came to the front to ask for any update or relocation. The owner said the power will be back at 7pm, however, until 9pm and we still had no electricity, no hot water and no food or any staff came to tell us we could be relocated somewhere with electricity. By 9pm we went to the front and no one was there. The whole reception section and dining areas were like escape room with no light and no one. We tried to come back and forth between our rooms and the reception areas to find someone and finally we found the owner. The man just yelled and glared at us and slammed the front door to our face saying we had to stay in our room and did not give us any chance to ask. After that he just left. WE have no choice and no interest to stay and that hotel any more and went on to find a new accommodation. The next day when we came back and ask for a refund of whatever left for our stay which is 8 nights. However, the owner just said the electricity is back and refused to refund or be a polite host as he supposed to be. We lost $700 for nothing but bad attitude. I never experienced this kind of hospitality service before and recommend who choose this hotel in the future, beware you might be treat like a prisoner, not a customer at this property. This is the worst Christmas in my life.

DO NOT go here. Worst service and they do not care about their customers. Horrible place, with horrible staff. They have made me over pay for 1 room and charged me so much money for some basic breakfast. I would never come here again. Please stay away if you care about money or your health

The room was dirty, the floor was never cleaned. But that’s another issue. They never returned our deposit! The place was left neat as we left. Yet we are getting the run around. Must have called 10 times. It’s awful that they’ll swindle someone out of 100$, but I guess they like getting low scores and being shady. The supposed manager Marc Feng should be ashamed. You get what you pay for. Warning do not trust this place or staff, better yet, avoid it all together.

Pas comme sur les photos, la plus part des choses sont brisées, la femme de ménage ne vient pas, les planchers de la chambre est malpropre, le savon complémentaire est complètement séchées, je me suis fait volé un colis Amazon qui a été laissé devant la porte de chambre intérieur.

Poils pubiens dans le lit, draps avec brûlures de cigarette, tache rouge ressemblant à du sang sur le rideau, odeurs nauséabondes, saleté par terre, calorifères rouillés, refus de rembourser, propriétaire grossier et malhonnête!!! Lieux insalubres à éviter.
