The place is quite okay. But Very tight parking facility and Awful air conditioning... Does not having cool air at all and when looking outside... The outdoor unit is almost rotting. And that's not only for one room...it's almost in every rooms

Prices of hotels in Mauritius can be high, especially those to the coast. Palms Horel offered a quite good solution in Quatre Bornes: it’s affordable (about 60 EUR a night) and not that far from more touristic places (about 30 min drive to the Capital, Port Louis, or the beaches of Flic en Flac). We were there for a 1-week business meeting. Facilities were very good. And any issues (happened) were very quickly solved by the staff …the staff (all, from the reception desk to the hotel manager) is definitely the key of Palms. Incredibly nice and helpful. The lady managing the meeting room area (and the coffee breaks) is a gem. The man and lady keeping the bar, the ladies in the restaurant and those at the reception were so nice. The Hotel staff was so helpful to accommodate on short notice for our Muslim colleagues who started the fasting of Ramadan during the meeting). And all issues linked to payment supposed to be done in advance (meeting room, 17 bedrooms) were dealt with in full confidence when on site! Thank you for that Ms Manager! Big Thanks to the Palms Hotel staff who made possible our very successful meeting! I fully recommend

Worst hotel on such beautiful island , lift doors are giving sign of danger , tables outside lift doors have left over of eaten fruits , rooms doors need to be pushed to close and open .. not at all recommended. Not sure why its not maintained at all :

The employee was not welcoming. They gave me a used, filthy disgusting room. It’s unacceptable. When requested another room they gave me the same room that they supposedly cleaned it but unfortunately the bedsheet was stain and the room was still disgusting. I 100% don’t recommend going there. I did not stay there and left to another hotel.

Disgusting,, filthy,,,and smells Breakfast is atrocious , broken chairs ,, can’t see through the windows ( covered in bird poo) Would not recommend it . But I must say there was an elderly lady on nightshift in the dining room ,, that was so helpful,, she went out of her way to make our stay pleasant Unfortunately the bad out weighed the good

We went to the sky12 Lounge Restaurant to celebrate the retirement of one of our colleague and we spent a very nice time there. The buffet lunch was awesome and I would like to thank the Hotel Manager Mrs Ramlochun and all his team namely Mr Bruno, Mrs Francoise, Mrs Aneela and Miss Azeghie for their wonderful service. All the staffs were very satisfied and we will surely go there again soon. Very nice view of Quatre Bornes centre from the 12th floor. Thanks again.

Very bad experience with this business hotel. Cleanliness ZERO. The toilet on the ground floor at the reception was dirty. The tissue paper was on the sanitary bin (disgusting!) and there was no hand wash. Unprofessionalism and stubbornness of the Hotel Manager. No revert back. The Guests had to checkout on the same day one hour after check-in. The door of the room was broken. The bathroom was smelling and in a bad state. For the Hotel Manager it was clean!! I wonder if she keeps her house also like this. I would not even give one rating. I wonder how this hotel got his permit to operate! What they show on their website is the opposite of the reality!
