Relatively spacious room. Good amenities and daily supper is nice!

I love Atour hotels. This hotel is older than others I’ve stayed at. The room didn’t smell nice and there were some hairs on the floor, which I hate. Plus some parts if the sink looked like they’re rusty and not clean. The other things are fine. The bed is comfortable, it was quite at night and the check in was smooth.

Clean and modern hotel, many shops to buy local food and there is a grocery opposite plus they have a washing machine too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

在泉州宏昌亞朵酒店住了幾天，體驗感超級棒，不得不説的是酒店的早餐非常豐富，可以吃到閩南的特色，麪線糊，薑母鴨，海蠣煎，還有海鮮之類的🤩，非常的nice 前台小哥哥小姐姐服務也特別好，而且交通也特別方便，出門就是公交站，不坐公交的話滴滴也是很方便，酒店離西街也不遠，給亞朵點贊，祝你越來越好🥳🥳🥳

早餐夜宵超愛！！每天早上開心吃好再出去玩，動力滿滿。 房間是禁煙的，整潔乾淨。 中間有一天使用了自助洗衣服務，因為五一人暴多就試着寫了單子放在待洗區，第二天玩回來就掛在了門上，烘乾的一點不潮，大愛！ 臨走這天也有早餐打包服務，泉州站6:40才開門其實可以稍稍晚點出發的，不過早一點不慌不忙嘛！謝謝前台小姐姐的照顧啦❤️

這是我第二次選擇亞朵，也是首次來泉州的落地酒店，上次選擇亞朵還是在數年前的鄭州，亞朵的創始初衷是在浮躁的世界中帶給人安靜的力量。之前鄭州不愉快的居住經歷讓我一度放棄選擇亞朵，而我曾居住過的亞朵也早已改換門庭，在平台上看不到了。這次五一假期，泉州酒店價格飛漲，兩倍已屬正常，數倍亦不讓人意外，亞朵自然也在其中。入住前一天，接到亞朵電話，詢問入住有什麼特別需求，我提出請幫忙準備小童洗漱用品，但入住時並未看到，前一天的問詢大體衹是走個過場吧，其實酒店也大可不必提前電話詢問。退房當天接到回訪電話，詢問是否滿意，我回答説一般，待要等對方繼續發問原因時，對方卻果斷掛斷，這種果斷可以感受到她並沒有願望想去真正瞭解我未滿意的原因，電話回訪也是走個形式。 客服所呈現的結果並不能讓我感到那種使人安靜的力量，恰恰相反，卻讓人更感受到了世界的浮躁，而房間濃烈的讓人不安的氣味又加重了這種浮躁，就像用空氣凈化器也除不去一樣，直到看到了古塔，才稍稍讓人重新又平靜了下來。你離初衷漸遠了嗎？亞朵。
