The hotel is located next to the hospital. As this trip was not for business but specifically for visiting and caring for a patient, the location was quite suitable. Additionally, the hotel's facilities are relatively new, and hygiene standards are met.
I stayed continuously for 6-7 days. My daily requests for room refresh were quite simple: just basic trash removal, towel replacement, and replenishing supplies. The handling of these was relatively timely.
Regrets: At check-in, the front desk staff suggested I cancel my subsequent booking and re-book directly with them at the front desk, offering a better price that also included breakfast. 1) I was in no mood to handle this, as I was already feeling very downhearted; 2) I am used to using the platform (for booking), to avoid having no recourse for complaints.
But please also note for the CTRIP platform: the price for booking directly at the front desk was cheaper than the platform price and included breakfast.
Cons:
The seal around the shower door is starting to age/deteriorate.
The air conditioning unit is positioned in the middle of the room/ceiling, with the vent blowing directly down onto the bed. This was quite uncomfortable while sleeping.
Amenities: There were no razors provided, but asking at the front desk yielded one; they are not standard amenities (non-standard items).
