The view is very beautiful to look at, especially at night where the lights shine. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym which is really good when you want to have a workout. The service here is great and the people here at this hotel is very nice. Come here if you get a chance, too.

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

Die Umgebung ist ruhig, weit von der Stadt entfernt, geeignet für die Familie, um zu gehen und zu entlassen. Es gibt einen kleinen Schrank an der Tür, der für Kinder geeignet ist, Wasser zu spielen, und der Pool ist jetzt ein bisschen kalt. I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. 這已經是我第三次來了。本來定了兩房的合院。但是管家黎怡説我們帶孩子。合院離得遠一點。所以幫我們免費升級到了東籬別院。真的超級感謝。米墅對於低幼孩子真的很合適。無論是跟動物的接觸還是遊樂設施。都讓寶寶玩到不想回家。他們家的飯菜也很推薦。可以提前跟管家溝通幫忙下單預留包間。告訴他們幾點去吃飯就可以了，這裏要感謝管家惠萍幫我們推薦美食、跟廚房溝通吃飯的時間等。而且他們家還有免費採摘青棗。真的很甜很好吃，反正就是米墅很值得。看我來了三次就知道。
