這次體驗不錯，也是我一次來清遠。我的房間可以看到北江的燈光。房間很乾凈，在酒店大堂的桃花非常漂亮，我的房間也有一盆蘭花。值得表揚的是他們的早餐，今天雖然人很多，但是他們的早餐充足，我差不多10點才下去吃早餐還有不少的選擇。昨天晚上在酒店吃自助餐，味道很不錯哦，可以可以👍👍👍 今天外面下大雨，所以去了他們健身房，他們的設備設施也不錯，要玩的都有。 總的來説，這個酒店真不錯，下次也會帶一家人和朋友過來玩。

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön zu sehen, vor allem in der Nacht, wo die Lichter skinnen. My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

Die Rezeptor-Schwester ist gut gezeichnet, es gibt keinen Ladegerät und hat mir einen geholfen. Danke. 👍 Am Morgen ist es spät aufgestanden und ging zum Nachbarn, der frühe Tee essen musste, nicht sehr teuer, die Umgebung ist auch gut. Neben dem Korridor gibt es ein Waschraum, das ist bequem zu waschen, ein Schwitzer wie wir oft laufen 😂 Sie sind auch sehr nah am High Speed-Boot. Wir fahren also 10 Minuten von Le Guang herunter, sagen Sie nicht, es ist bequem. Hahaha. Sammlung, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Reisen nach Liu ist geeignet.

真的無可挑剔，先講服務，未入住已經打長途電話俾我，問我有冇要求，確認訂單，加左微信，有問必答，重點是-超有禮貌，不厭其煩👍👍，環境～超級正，我到民宿都20:15分，而且喺景區入面，未到前都打算都返房就等訓覺，點知到門口，超震撼，大到好似一個別墅區，因我訂有泡池，recept 妹妹，又给我選擇，因有2間，我揀左最高一層，泡池喺out door ，又大少少，反正已準備泳衣，都ok，我又帶左泡泡浴梘去浸，女友就好似游水咁喺泡池缸玩( 事後我有自己洗乾淨個泡池，冇特別增加員工工作量 )，民宿環境超正，度度都係打卡位，真的有讚冇彈，每個員工超級nice ，笑容可掬👍，早餐食物每款超有水準，只是略嫌選擇不太多😂😂，有機會一定再去

Great value for money. Modern and clean with a nice Chinese breakfast selection. Not many shops nearby so buy snacks and drinks ahead of your trips. Enough local restaurants in walking distance for dinner.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Wir hatten geplant, für 4 Nächte in Qing Yuan zu bleiben, aber es wurde ziemlich schnell klar, dass es nicht genug, um im kalten Wetter zu tun! Das Personal war sehr hilfreich für uns und ging aus ihrem Weg, um uns zu begrüßen. Es gibt viele Tiere auf der Website, die unsere Kinder geliebt haben und es gibt viele offene Räume für Kinder zu spielen. Die Villas sind nett und geräumig und warm. Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit, aber nur für maximal 1 oder 2 Nächte bleiben! Warm Frühling im Garten ist erstaunlich!
