TTianavintageThe hotel view is absolutely stunning — it feels like you're in Guilin, surrounded by beautiful mountains. I booked the Lan Shan room with a private pool. The pool was moderately clean and quite small — perfect for taking photos and relaxing, but not ideal for serious swimming.
A heads-up for female guests: during my stay, we felt a bit uncomfortable when a drone flew overhead while we were using the pool. Although the hotel clearly prohibits drones (all guests are required to sign an agreement), there happened to be a cycling event nearby, and we weren’t sure who the drone belonged to. If you're planning to wear a bikini or swimwear, just be extra mindful and occasionally check your surroundings for privacy, as it might affect your comfort.
The room itself was very spacious, though the cleanliness could be better. However, the service was outstanding — the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always attentive. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was very convenient. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a free photo shoot. While the cheesecake could have tasted better, the photographer was friendly and made the experience fun.
Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery and great service — just be cautious around the pool area if you’re concerned about privacy.

GGastnutzerDie Hygiene ist gut und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist sehr komfortabel. Die Grünung ist sehr schön und die Karten sind sehr gut. Aber viele kleine Insekten ertrinken nachts, wie es sehr große Schalen, Schalen, Haselnüsse usw. geben wird. Das letzte Bild ist das Zimmer, in dem ich schlafe. Wenn das Licht plötzlich die Ecke gefunden hat, war der Schlag in der Wange. Wenn ein Kind Angst hat, einen psychologischen Bau zu machen. Die meisten Grasbeeren können nicht vermieden werden. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Pool und die Nacht ist sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist sehr komplett und kann auf der Seite des Reises gepflegt werden. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe des Wohnorts, tägliche Lebensartikel können gekauft werden, sehr bequem.

LlwkengI am a family traveller with 2 young kids. Stayed for 4d3n in the Family room. Overall the room cleanliness is good and sound proof insulation as good as well. The bed is comfortable and have a small sitting area for the kids to rest.
Amenities in room can be further improved eg.the are no basic cutleries for making drinks, toilet bowl doesn't have bidet and water pipe for kids and lack of a simple wardrobe place.
The breakfast was good even though the selection of choices are not a lot.
Plus point is the guest laundry which is very convenient for travellers which staying longer duration.
However, the lobby and public area air cleanliness needs to be improved as during weekdays, the smoking smell is quite strong which is very uncomfortable for guest who doesn't smoke and with kids.
Location wise a bit lack as there are not much shops around. Probably why there are more business traveller here.
If the above is further improved, everything will be perfect.

The whole experience was fantastic.
Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite.
The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful.
The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout.
All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps.

Die Ausstattung war komplett, wenn auch etwas veraltet. Der Frühstücksraum bot nur begrenzte Auswahl, und das Servicepersonal, insbesondere die Mitarbeiterin an der Suppen- und Nudelstation, war unhöflich. Auf dem Hotelparkplatz gab es keine Ladestationen, sodass das Hotel im Freien aufgeladen werden musste. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, die Verkehrsanbindung günstig, das Zimmer sauber und die Matratze sehr bequem.

CChaozhongyaoderen12Ich vertraue den Annehmlichkeiten des Chimelong Hotels absolut, aber ich hätte nicht erwartet, dass der Check-in- und Gepäckservice an der Rezeption des Chimelong Qingyuan so schlecht ist. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen und es weder Freunden noch Familie empfehlen.
1. Der Self-Check-in ist eine Farce: Die Aufgaben eines Mitarbeiters werden auf zwei aufgeteilt. Der erste Mitarbeiter ist für die Dateneingabe zuständig, und es gibt eine eigene Person, die sich um die Warteschlange kümmert, sodass die Reihenfolge angemessen ist. Der zweite Mitarbeiter, der für die Überprüfung der Daten zuständig ist, war jedoch schrecklich. Es gab niemanden, der sich um die Warteschlange kümmerte, sodass ich warten musste, bis der Mitarbeiter meine Daten überprüft hatte.
2. Beim Einchecken musste ich das Frühstücksbuffet für den nächsten Tag kaufen, und der Mitarbeiter erinnerte mich daran, dass es dafür einen Rabatt gab. Als ich jedoch an die Frühstückstheke kam, stellte ich fest, dass der ermäßigte Preis für Hotelgäste galt. Könnte es sein, dass das System nicht aktualisiert wurde? Oder haben sie vergessen, dass ich als Hotelgast eincheckte?
3. Beim Einchecken und Abholen des Gepäcks war zwar eine Person für die Warteschlange zuständig, aber die Mitarbeiterin unterhielt sich mit dem ersten Gast und ignorierte mich. Die zwei oder drei anderen Rezeptionsmitarbeiter vor mir winkten und unterhielten sich weiter mit den Gästen.

SSydbHotel is located across a lovely lake. Check in lunch and dinner all were smooth and the local food was delicious.
The hotel itself is rather worn down, facilities have had their time and really need maintenance. Walls were crumbling, walls were stained, corridors were loud, machines in the gym were broken. Those that weren’t broken were a health hazard.
However across from the hotel is a lovely amusement area where you could spend all day, with plenty to do at affordable prices.
Staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, and the hot springs are worth a visit.

VVinson1110During a recent stay with my family at a hotel that had its share of both merits and drawbacks, we found several aspects worthy of note.
The location proved to be quite convenient, situated 15 minutes by car from the nearest train station, 清遠站, and with a variety of popular restaurants and supermarkets merely 10 minutes away. Additionally, it takes around 30 minutes to reach 劍潭站 and 古龍峽, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The ease of hailing taxis and the availability of food delivery further enhance the overall convenience of this establishment.
The cost of accommodation is particularly appealing, priced at around HKD 170 per room per night for three guests, which is quite economical in the current market. The room itself was neat, tidy, and clean, though I did notice some dirt along the edges of the floor. It would also be wise for guests to bring their own towels, as the amenities provided are basic and do not include a refrigerator, limiting options for storing beverages.

慵慵懒的小绒球Die Ausstattung ist recht gut, das Zimmer ist groß, das Bett sehr bequem, die Kissen und Decken sind bequem und nicht zu heiß. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr ruhig, und ich habe nachts gut geschlafen. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool und einen Platz zum Spielen für Kinder.
Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden. Es gibt nur einen Mülleimer in dem 67 Quadratmeter großen Zimmer, und in der Toilette gibt es keinen. 😂 Der Mülleimer ist schnell voll.
Zweitens gibt es im Swimmingpool keine Badetücher, und man muss seine eigenen mitbringen. Ich hatte die Badetücher im Zimmer, aber sie reichten nicht für ein Bad. Ich musste erneut nach Badetüchern fragen, was etwas mühsam ist. 😂

Ich rief nachts an, um das Zimmer zu wechseln, aber sie sind nur auf die andere Seite des Flurs umgezogen. Das Badezimmer riecht auch muffig, und ich war letztendlich zu faul, es zu wechseln. Die Thermalbecken im Freien sind klein, es gibt nicht viele davon und sie sind nichts Besonderes. Sie sind eher durchschnittlich. Das Servicebewusstsein an der Rezeption ist noch stark verbesserungswürdig. Gelegentlich sind sie ungeduldig und schauen Gäste mit bösem Gesicht an. Ich lobe die Putzfrau für ihr Servicebewusstsein und ihre schnelle Reaktion auf Gästewünsche. Was das Essen angeht, ist das chinesische Restaurant im Hotel nicht günstig, es gibt nicht viele Frühstücksvarianten und es ist ziemlich voll, wenn viele Leute da sind. Ich empfehle die Valley Canteen in der Nähe des B&B. Sie schmeckt authentisch, ist erschwinglich und bietet Fünf-Sterne-Service.
