Ich bin mit meinem pensionierten Bruder nach Qingdao gefahren. Ich habe mir das Hotel online angeschaut und fand es gut, also habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Die Lage ist wirklich praktisch. Wir stiegen am Bahnhof Qingdao aus und fuhren eine Station mit der U-Bahn. Es war sehr praktisch, das Hotel zu sehen, sobald wir aus dem U-Bahn-Ausgang kamen. Als ich im Hotel ankam, fand ich die Umgebung besser vor, als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte, sehr stilvoll. Ich habe gehört, dass es über hundert Jahre alt ist. Der Duschraum ist in einen Trocken- und einen Nassbereich unterteilt und bietet ein angenehmes heißes Bad. Die Betten sind sehr sauber, das Zimmer ist groß und die Umgebung ist sehr praktisch. Unten gibt es viele Restaurants, daher ist es sehr praktisch, dort zu essen. Auch der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut und freundlich. Ich werde das nächste Mal wiederkommen.

Er hat proaktiv ein Upgrade auf ein King-Zimmer mit Meerblick durchgeführt und mir geholfen, mein Gepäck zu tragen.
Kommen wir zu den Nachteilen: Ich bin aufgrund der guten Bewertungen hierher gekommen, konnte jedoch nach meinem Einzug noch einige Defizite bei der Hard- und Software feststellen. Lassen Sie uns zuerst über die Hardware sprechen. Die Gästezimmer befinden sich in einer Villa mit drei Etagen. Die erste Etage ist die Oberschenkel, die zweite Etage ist der Schuhwechselbereich und einige Gästezimmer und die dritte Etage ist ein weiterer Teil der Gästezimmer. Die Größe der Gästezimmer ist im Allgemeinen klein, was leicht verständlich ist, wenn es sich um ein Economy-Hotel handelt, aber in einer dreistöckigen Villa gibt es sieben oder acht Schlafzimmer. Es ist schwer vorstellbar, ob es sich um ein Originaldesign oder eine spätere Renovierung handelt.
Nachteile 1: Es gibt keinen Aufzug, daher wird es für Gäste mit Koffern sehr mühsam. 2: Gäste, die den Gästezimmerbereich betreten, müssen die im zweiten Stock bereitgestellten Hausschuhe anziehen. Sie können nicht ihre eigenen Schuhe tragen, um den Gästezimmerbereich zu betreten. Die Haushälterin sagte, es gäbe einen Gazevorhang, aber ich habe ihn nicht gefunden. Außerdem möchte ich fragen, was ich tun soll, wenn ich Kleidung zum Trocknen aufhängen möchte? 4: Außerhalb des Gebäudes sind viele Grünpflanzen gepflanzt und am Eingang im ersten Stock sind viele Blumen und Pflanzen angeordnet, was zu vielen Mücken führt. Freundliche Erinnerung an die Haushälterin, dass man rund um und am Eingang langfristige Maßnahmen zur Mückenabwehr ergreifen kann. Im schlimmsten Fall sind Mückenspiralen geeignet. Die billigsten kosten nicht mehr als ein paar Yuan pro Tag, was besser ist als nichts, oder? Ich komme einfach nicht darauf.
Reden wir über die Software.
Frage 1: Im Badezimmer standen Hausschuhe zur Verfügung, in denen sich jedoch Fremdkörper befanden (Abbildung 6 und Abbildung 7), was eindeutig darauf hindeutete, dass sie nicht richtig gereinigt oder überprüft wurden. Wenn Sie auf ein Problem stoßen, gibt es viele Erklärungen. Frage 2: Beim Putzen fragte die Haushälterin: „Wir machen nur den Müll im Bad und Zimmer sauber. Sollen wir Ihnen beim Wegwerfen helfen?“ Der Ausdruck ist verblüffend. Gibt es irgendjemanden, der keinen Müll wegwirft? Oder ist „nur das Badezimmer putzen“ ein VIP-Service? Gibt es außer dem Badezimmer noch andere Räume? Das Land ist nur so groß."

Dies ist das Hotel, das ich während meiner Geschäftsreise nach China besucht habe.
Dies ist ein Hotel, in dem die Leute hauptsächlich zur Arbeit in anderen Regionen übernachten, bevor sie zum Flughafen Qingdao zurückkehren.
Ich war ungefähr dreimal hier und werde kurz über meine Eindrücke schreiben.
■Vorteile
1. Liegt im alten Stadtzentrum, ganz in der Nähe von „Jangyo“ und der „Kathedrale“.
2. Der Bahnhof und die U-Bahn-Station Qingdao sind etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass Sie bequem in andere Gegenden gelangen können.
3. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption
Nachteile
1. Die Einrichtungen sind alt und abgenutzt.
2. Der einfachste Raum ist wirklich eng. Es ist ziemlich voll mit einem Doppelbett und einem Koffer.
3. Das Frühstück ist wirklich schlecht. Ich empfehle, auf dem Weg zur Kathedrale in einem Restaurant zu essen.
4. Es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der U-Bahn, aber weit vom Flughafen entfernt, sodass der Rückweg schwierig sein kann. (Taxi kostet mehr als 200 Yuan, U-Bahn braucht etwa 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten)

1. Das einfachste Zimmer eignet sich zur Einzelunterbringung.
2. Es scheint nicht geeignet zu sein, mit der Familie zu kommen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich ein Zimmer einer höheren Klasse gebucht habe, aber als ich mir das Frühstück und andere Konditionen angesehen habe ...
3. Es gibt einen Pier, eine Kathedrale und viele Restaurants in der Nähe, was es wie ich zu einem tollen Ort zum Übernachten am Ende einer Geschäftsreise macht."

"Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet und gefällt mir persönlich sehr gut. Es gibt Kätzchen im Hof, die zwar ein wenig Angst vor Menschen haben, aber sehr süß sind.
Die Lage ist großartig! Vor dem Fenster liegt das Meer und der Strand ist nicht weit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Zur U-Bahn-Station sind es weniger als zehn Minuten.
Der Service war sehr gut und es gab eine Reinigung. Wir kamen nach 11 Uhr hier an und wurden eingecheckt. Der Respekt war gut."

"Ausstattung: Sehr gut! Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, den ich für meine Mutter gekauft habe, sodass ich sie über Nacht aufbewahren kann, ohne dass sie verderben. Auch der Fön funktioniert super und bläst die Haare sehr schnell. Andere Einrichtungen sind gut.
Hygiene: Der Müll und andere Dinge wurden sehr sauber eingesammelt, auch die Toilette wurde unerwartet und sehr sorgfältig gereinigt. Sie füllten auch die Orangenbonbons und das Wasser nach und öffneten die Vorhänge, was eine gute Bemerkung war.
Umgebung: Von außen sieht es etwas alt aus, aber wenn man erst einmal reinkommt, ist es wirklich gemütlich. Es ist hell und komfortabel.
Service: Ich wollte zunächst nicht das erste und letzte Zimmer, aber die Dame an der Rezeption hat es kostenlos in ein Zimmer mit Fenster umgewandelt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr frisch und lecker Das Restaurant wurde sehr sauber serviert und war bald sehr wendig. Ich bestellte eine Schüssel Hühnernudelsuppe. Opa kochte sie schnell und sie war köstlich."

"Dies ist meine erste Bewertung, nachdem ich Ende März zur Qingdaon Road gereist bin.
Ich hatte geplant, drei Nächte und vier Tage zu bleiben, aber aufgrund von Visaproblemen konnte ich das Land nicht am selben Tag verlassen, also kontaktierte ich das Hotel erneut und sie behandelten mich sehr freundlich.
Als wir unsere Reservierung stornierten und verschoben haben, gaben sie uns ein höheres Zimmer und hatten immer eine gute Einstellung.
Ich hatte Angst, dass es am 25. März, dem ersten Tag meiner geplanten Reise, in Qingdao regnen würde, aber es könnte eine gute Sache gewesen sein.
Als ich am 26. ankam, war das Wetter sehr sonnig und die Sonne war warm, was schön war. Meine Hotelreservierung erfolgte um 14 Uhr, also verließ ich das Hotel und ging zuerst zu einem nahegelegenen Ort.
Schade, dass ich keine Innenaufnahmen des Hotels gemacht habe.
Ich möchte auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Mal ein Foto machen.
Das Personal war sehr hell und freundlich.
Den Pier und die Kathedrale erreichen Sie zu Fuß, und mit der U-Bahn war es sehr einfach, mit der U-Bahn ins Stadtzentrum zu gelangen, beispielsweise zum May Fourth Square ... Es gibt so viele Ausflugsziele, dass ich denke, dass ich noch einmal dorthin gehen werde Das nächste Mal. Haha."

GGastnutzerAs a westerner staying here it was hard to communicate in English and they didn’t seem to want to try. Nevertheless I got by well and they were friendly. The cleanliness could be improved. There’s rust in the bathroom. However it wasn’t bad enough to affect my stay. The bed was so comfy! As I don’t speak mandarin the voice control thing was a bit useless and found the light switch system a bit confusing - especially for the bathroom. I also didn’t like how there wasn’t a door separating the bathroom from the room. The location is far from Qingdao centre but good for going to golden beach and the metro station is just outside! I would stay here again as such great value for money. Thank you!

GGastnutzerDa am 1. Mai nicht viele Leute hier sind, habe ich die Zimmerkategorie mit Fenstern kostenlos aufgewertet. Der Service an der Rezeption ist herzlich, die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu, die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und das Bett ist eine weiche Matratze, die ich habe wie. Das Zimmer ist auch geräumig genug, der May Fourth Square liegt direkt vor der Tür, die Transportmöglichkeiten sind bequem, man kann Mixc City zu Fuß erreichen und es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe des U-Bahn-Eingangs.

First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay.
During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable.
While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety.
In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal.
However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use.
In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

RRara MomijiLocation is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2.
We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread.
There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

I am endlessly excited about choosing this hotel because it met all my needs for a week of isolation and meditative rest.
First of all, it was a privilege to be accommodated in a suite—two spacious rooms with a beautiful garden view. I didn't expect such a wonderful room upgrade at all.
Secondly, the type of hotel—a sanatorium with a vast territory and separate villa-like buildings—was surrounded by a beautiful garden. The conifer trees were so fragrant that I felt like I was undergoing a course of aroma therapy.
Thirdly, the proximity to the seaside park was a major plus. I enjoyed taking strolls along the seashore, breathing in the cedar tree fragrance and gazing at the blue sea.
Lastly, the location is cleverly situated right in the middle of travelers' routes, making it no more than 20-30 minutes to either the old town or the wild nature sites around the Lao Mountains.
And it also means that I enjoyed the peaceful environment as the tourists crowds were far away and here I hardly heard any noise throughout my week stay. Except for the birds tweeting, which was utterly pleasing!
I was happy to have a daily walk down the hill for the breakfast and walking up the hill after the meal which was so healthy and exercising. As well as strolls up an down the hill in order to get on a bus or a metro.
I was given a fruit platter daily too. Awesome healthy treat !
All in all, I was on cloud nine. I couldn't have made a better choice than booking this hotel instead of a typical multistory hotel, which now seems like a cell compared to the freedom of living amidst gorgeous nature. After all, that's the essence of summer holidays!
Tips: no big choice of restaurants around, just a few and not the best, but there’s a cute villa right across the sea with a cafe in it. I used to order meals via *******, they deliver right to your door, it’s so convenient!

MMegann PatrickDie Lage ist wunderbar, deshalb habe ich es gewählt (und habe auch hier andere Zeiten geblieben, als ich aus Qingdao fliegen musste). Das Zimmer ist eine angenehme Größe und hat alles, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es ist schnell und einfach zu überprüfen und auschecken. Keine Notwendigkeit, draußen zu gehen, es gibt einen Spaziergang direkt in den Flughafen.
Es gab viel Haar auf dem Stuhl (andere Farbe als meine Haare, so bin ich sicher, es war nicht von mir) so dass ich unbehaglich/besorgt über die Menge, die gereinigt wurde.
Es gab etwa eine halbe Zolllücke zwischen dem Boden der Tür und dem Boden, so dass viele Lichter aus dem Halle kamen, so in der Nacht musste ich ein Handtuch dort anlegen, um das Licht zu blockieren. Ich konnte einfach hören, dass Leute in die benachbarten Zimmer gehen und Zimmerservice in die benachbarten Zimmer gehen, so es war ein wenig laut.

DDavidDanke, der Kellner am Büro war um Mitternacht auf dem Weg zu mir. Er war sehr effizient und verarbeitete meine Reservierung sofort, half mir, meine Meituan Lieferadresse zum Hotel zu setzen und einen Wachsamtruf zu setzen.
Das Zimmer schien sauber zu sein, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Es gibt jedoch ein wenig Besorgnis über das Grünen. Ich habe es nicht zu dem Zeitpunkt getestet, aber es war schwarz und schwarz in Farbe, ein Zeichen von möglichem Moll. Das Hotel sollte sich darum bemühen.
