Schönes im alten Stil gehaltenes Hotel in Meernähe. 4 Restaurants, Pool, Privaträume, Fitnessstudio, Shops und einiges mehr. Direkt an U-Bahn Station. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Hotel ist gut und das Einzige, womit wir unzufrieden waren, waren die Dusche und der Fitnessraum. Dusche: Es ist einer dieser Handbrausen und egal, was wir versuchten, wir konnten den Griff nicht richtig auf der Klammer positionieren. Fitnessraum: Niemand war da, Klimaanlage nicht an, kein Wasser und keine Handtücher

Fantastic hotel with great service from the staff. They are extremely friendly and nice to the guests. It is near the metro and therefore travelling to different parts of Qingdao is very convenient. We all definitely come back and stay here.

The hotel is very dated. First thing is the cigarette smell in a nonsmoking room. I understand it happens a lot in 4 star hotels but not acceptable in a 5 star hotel. We are finally checked into a room with no cigarette smell but the carpet has a very strong old smell that’s just as bad as cigarette smell. My hubby couldn’t get to sleep cuz the smell was so strong. The shower area needs some renovation because the grout and caulking is coming off or soiled badly, looks very dirty. The furniture are dated too. Can’t believe the room door handle is still a knob instead of a lever. Staff was very helpful and polite though. We eventually checked out early cuz we can’t stand the old smell.

The staff was well trained and there was always someone who could assist in English. I was very impressed and will stay there again.

The location is great and is convenient to lots of restaurants and the downtown of Qingdao. The front desk and the lobby service are great. They are very helpful and provided great services. This hotel was the 1st 5 star hotel in the Shandong province and had lots of famous guests. However, the facility itself needs to updated. The carpets are old. Some guests may not comply with the rule of no smoking. You can smell the smoking from the common area and the room. Great location, good service but out dated facility.
