Trash hotel trash rooms trash food very old very dirty never renovated insects in rooms on toilets food quality very poor is not recommend to go thier be away no hygiene in any area at the hotel actually it is not a hotel never find clean linens all of it dirty with spots - when you go to the restaurant the eat you have the carry your medicine s with you all people vomit and deorieh God help any clients think the go thier Be away be away don't ever to book it

What an amazing hotel. Food was fantastic and the staff were so good to us. I would like to personally say a massive thank you to Anwar Fathy (manager) who went out of his way more than once to help us. Every day, whatever time of day it was he welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable, thank you Anwar. I’m highly recommending this hotel, please visit you won’t regret it.

First good things. Sea and beach is nice, sunbeds are old but at least still in use. There a little of swimming pools so all will find a place to lie. The sunbeds is ok, staff always helps with extra beds next to swimming pools if all are taken just need to aak them. Bad things: The food not good. The varity of food is miserable, every single day same food no changes.. the whole area of eating at restaurants is dirty, sticky …. Broken cups and plates, dirty forks… on the floor dirty. My bad i did not read reviews before booking it… people do not lie this hotel is very poor. The only one good thing is seas and snorkelling thas all good about it… ok pools are quite ok. Rooms dirty, bathroom as well… thankfully bed sheets were clean. The last day of holiday staff requires to give away not even room key but also braclets even though our pick up was only at 18:00 in the evening.. if we wanted to keep braclest they requires to pay. So we extended time till 16:00 with 30dolars extra. To sum up, if you can spent a week eating same poor food and do not care about cleanliness you can go here.

The hotel is very poor. The rooms are tragic, the furniture/equipment is like from the 1950s. The bed was broken. The water in the shower barely ran, there was no hot water. There were ants and beetles in the bathroom that looked like cockroaches. There is no hygiene in the hotel. The food is very poor, it is prepared without following hygiene standards, the food is put with bare hands, without gloves, without anything. The pools are very cold, the sea is warmer than the pool. The hotel grounds are 7/10. Quite a lot of garbage was thrown in and outside the hotel. Very rude service staff, asking for a tip at every step. If you don't tip in the cocktail bar, they don't serve you, even though you have bought an ultra all-inclusive. A very poor hotel, I wouldn't even recommend it to my enemy.

At the REHANA ROYAL BEACH RESORT AQUAPARK & SPA, the hookah area is located next to a children's playground and a stage where a children's disco takes place in the evening, many children play at the same time and adults smoke 15-20 hookahs, children are forced to breathe this smoke, and there is no other playground in the hotel. Contacting the hotel reception did not help

As a hotelier I will write the most honest review . We are 2 family stayed 7 nights in this hotel . Generally the location , the beach , pool were all perfect . Close to the airport and to central shops . About hotel- old , Arabic styled rooms with private balcony . Check in time receptionst young guy named Ahmed gave us nice room initially . He was helpful . But after 2 days AC stopped working and it was hard to sleep at night . Asked engineering however we had to wait for 2 days untill he fixes it. So I requested to change room in ground floor another Ahmed with glasses was happy to change our room. Reception team will try to help you out but unfortunately other departments are slow . Because of many guests I guess . About food I wouldn’t say we are satisfied , were very careful about meat, salads and fruits they might be expired and with smell already . Mango are given only 2 pieces . It’s mango country but hotel owner decided to econom maybe. About drinks and alcohol it’s limited . I didn’t see 5 star service to be honest . You feel uncomfortable to ask something from restaurant staffs cause they look at you in angry way. They are all busy it’s understandable but still . Overall everyone wants tips from you I do understand as local people get very low salary and everyone trying to cheat you with money . Spa is paid . But it must be free I guess . We tried to be positive not to ruin our holiday so weren’t focusing on minor things . Everyone’s holiday individually . But about food , must be careful most importantly.
