Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, обед ужин вкусные, номер чистый, единственное,чего не хватает это пляжа на территории.

Dieses Hotel ist ein absolutes Juwel! Der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Mit herausragendem Service, tollem Essen und einer traumhaften Lage bietet es alles, was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub braucht. Als Alleinreisender habe ich mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und herzlich, und auch die anderen Gäste waren sehr freundlich, sodass ich schnell Anschluss fand. Die entspannte Atmosphäre, kombiniert mit hervorragendem Service und einer tollen Lage, machte meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Ich kommen definitiv wieder!

Das hotel ist der Wahnsinn die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und der taxi service ist wirklich rund um die Uhr für euch da Ich war jetzt das zweite mal da und bin mehr als zufrieden kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Das Auswahl an Essen ist gigantisch und auch für jeden Allergiker geeignet

Das Hotel hat einen besonders schönen Charme mit italienischer Architektur. Ein Hotel für Jedermann. Das Resort befindet sich an zentraler Lage, im Zentrum " Il Mercato " mit verschiefenen Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Super Flaniermöglichkeiten. Nahe Strand gelegen. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und es ist für Jedermann etwas dabei. Das Buffet wurde schön präsentiert. Danke an das gesamte Team und speziell ein grosses Merci an Mohamed Abd-El Gelil, Anna and Ahmed Badawy. Sie tun alles damit sich die Gäste wohl fühlen und einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub haben. Der Pool hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Umgebung und die Sinai Berge. Verschiedene Aktivitäten. Besonders toll ist der SPA mit einem Umfangreichen Angebot. Am Abend gibt es Unterhaltung und Shows unter anderem auch vom Animationsteam. Besonders toll ist das Klavier in der Lobby mit musikalischer Begleitung während einem Drink.

Ausgezeichnete Aufenthalt, Gastfreundschaft. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe von viele Sehenswürdigkeiten 9/10 Essen 9/10 Schwimmbad 9/10 Animation 8.5/10 Zimmer ist sauber und Komfortabel Bar bietet vielfältige Getränke aus gute Qualität

Das Hotel und die Angestellten dort sind top. Das Essen war super. Die Zimmer waren top. Wir wurden regelrecht verwöhnt während unseres Urlaubs. Vom Hotel erreicht man entweder mit dem hoteleigenen Taxi-Service, dem Shuttle-Bus, den unzähligen freien Taxis oder zu Fuß alle Orte für einen geringen Preis. Wer dem Personal freundlich und respektvoll entgegenkommt, bekommt dies auch zurück. Wir danken dem Personal, speziell Mahmoud von der Bar für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Well what can I say best holiday ever for fun. The hotel I would not rate as 5 Star maybe 3*/4 but we had a great time. Firstly we would like to thank Ahmed Hassan and the rest of the Reception team for giving us great service. Secondly the Animation Team, Ecko, 2Pac and the rest of the team, their entertainment was second to none Also the bar staff and their Bar Manager Hakim absolute brilliant service and such a laugh. Mostafa (Zaki) Alaa, Mahmoud (Phil Phil) Atef and Mahmoud Saied. Mahmoud Saied he is my number 1, you would have a normal conversation with him and then all of a sudden he would come out with some funny English sayings, he made my stomach ache and eyes water laughing. I would honestly say This was the best holiday ever, not for the hotel but for the staff. We love you all and thanks for making our holiday a brilliant one. The hotel was very clean and spacious. All the staff were friendly across the board. Especially Ramadan and Ahmed. The pools and gym were decent. The food quality was average but the service was good. Overall really enjoyed my time relaxing here.

Lovely hotel with the most amazing staff you could ever wish for. Three pools which one is heated. Fantastic spa with many treatments available Great location. On site travel representives that can arrange many trips as you like. Anna and all the management team always so caring and help in anyway they can.

The hotel is immaculate, all the hotel staff cannot do enough for you. The food is fresh and although not spoilt for choice it is plentiful and replenished on demand. It is only a two storey hotel, the views of the mountains are something else. The inclusion of access to the Terrazzina beach is a massive plus with plenty of comfortable shuttle buses throughout the day making the 5 minute journey. My only negative comment would be that the bathrooms need to brought up to date.

My 2nd visit in 6 weeks. Exceptional service, Anna, and the team of friendliest and professional staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. Stunning hotel, comfortable and clean. My return visit already booked for Jan 2025.
