Studio has king sized bed plus sofa bed with storage. Bedding and towels provided including pool towels. Wifi available payable locally. Fitted kitchen with oven , hob , microwave and fridge freezer. Bathroom with shower. Large air conditioning unit plus portable fan. Insect screens fitted to all doors and windows. Large sunny balcony with views to the sea and Tiran Island. Complex covered by CCTV cameras also with on site security. Please note that in addition to the rental price water and electricity are payable locally as they are provided by meters. Staff will take a reading when you arrive and again when you check out so you only pay for what you have used . This allows us to keep our basic rental price low. Unfortunately due to local laws we are unable to accept bookings from unmarried couples if either of the guests are Egyptian. Please be aware there is considerable building works ongoing all across Sharm at the minute so you may experience some disruption.
