Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort

Honestly, this hotel is not 5* but based on reviews we expected that. From our perspective the hotel is chaotic with a lack of staff and kind of middle management or supervisors. Cons: - Lagoon waterpark is not working: We didn’t get information for how long it is out of order - Aqua park is open only from 10 am till 1 pm and then from 3 to 5 pm - Pools are closed by 6 or 6:30 pm. This was quite a surprise for us. - long ques for snacks, we went for a snack only 2 times to not experience anymore these ques for a bit of fries and 3 chicken nughets (in my personal opinion its better to do not have even this option in all inclusive, staff time could be used for something else) -drinks are given in a small plastic or paper cup (200 ml) sometimes you are lucky you get a glass with 300 ml Generally, it seems to be hotel is lacking of glasses; many times we saw staff was looking for glasses around the pool area to wash it and being able to use it - we experienced running out beer which was only drinkable option for us from alcoholic drinks - Lagoon restaurant - absolutely ZOO, huge restaurant, I’ve never experience something like this; People behaved like they’ve not eaten for the last 14 days, they piled their plates with the food they wasted later anyway! They skipped lines using their children. Again there was s lack of mugs for a Coffee or tea and you have to look for at least paper cup. There were only two Coffee machines for hundred of people. We had to wait in a line for 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes for a soft drink. So we never got soft drink for a dinner as we didn’t want to spend almost 40 minutes in queue. - There was second restaurant Basilico which looked little bit better, however we were denied with the access. The staff told us this is only for europeans and if we want to access we have to pay. I would like to higlight the fact the we are europeans and still we could not attend it and didn’t get a proper explanation! - The pier for entering the sea is shared by 3 others parrotel resorts which gets really busy, people are standing on the stairs and blocking access to the sea, also snorchling is a bit limited by small area to huge amount of people in summer period - At the reception the lady was automatically talking to us in Russian which was also annoying to repeate her for several times we dont speak russian; apart from this the reception staff was helpful Cons: - Food was okay, we never went hungry - Staff was really nice and polite, they did everything what they can to help and make us happy, however without support from management it’s hard job for them to provide quality service - Animation team was very friendly - We got ala carte dinner in restaurant which was also in the resort, this was also great experience - lovely table setting and atmosphere; the service from staff was amazing, they were very professional and friendly - The pool was also nice - Every day they grilled meat for lunch and dinner (again huge

Arrived as a group of 20 ages from 4-69 Rooms are good beds are super comfy,cleaned everyday, pool area is great, plenty going on around pool,Pilates, yoga, aquarobics, foam party, pool bar, everything is not too busy except for main dining hall. There is a smaller one which is ideal, the main main hall is like feeding time at the zoo, I think people have not eaten since Christmas when you see what they are taking back to their tables, Plenty of food but the same most days but always something to eat. The staff make the hotel, they have all been amazing, the waiters, bar staff and especially the pool staff and entertainment. Mohammed and Ahmed especially. Thank you for our great stay

If you value your health and well-being you will not come here. Myself partner and children fell extremely poorly (my daughters started from her mouth and ended up having gastroenteritis, myself and my partner had extreme diarrhea) I have only just got out of hospital (landed in the UK on 7/7/25) they kept me overnight as I was extremely dehydrated. The food is awful absolutely awful everywhere is filthy. There was blood on the floor for days on the first floor, and a chicken burger on the stairs that wasn’t cleaned up in 3 days!!!! The people are rude !!!! All the locals go there and my daughter was assaulted at the water park by two local adults !!! The only thing I will say is that the water park is great and there’s staff members who will literally turn themselves inside out for you that’s the ONLY positive. The bar STINKS like damp beer and smells foisty ! Hands down the worse holiday I’ve ever been on. I’m still extremely poorly even just being discharged from hospital and my daughter now has an ear infection ! I do not have high expectations this is an honest review please don’t waste your money

First time with family was a really good holiday lots of places to visit lots of fun entertainment to do and for people to join in the basilico restaurant is really good for different range of food and for different people to try the food out the reception are really helpful with anything that you need help with and the bar men give a good supply of drinks

First time visiting parrotel lagoon resort. Really happy with all staff very attentive. Always smiling. Plenty of food to choose from catering for everyone. British can eat at the Italian restaurant that is quieter than the main one. Entertainment team keep everyone happy. Very active and energetic. Ahmed. Filo.
