Honestly, this hotel is not 5* but based on reviews we expected that. From our perspective the hotel is chaotic with a lack of staff and kind of middle management or supervisors. Cons: - Lagoon waterpark is not working: We didn’t get information for how long it is out of order - Aqua park is open only from 10 am till 1 pm and then from 3 to 5 pm - Pools are closed by 6 or 6:30 pm. This was quite a surprise for us. - long ques for snacks, we went for a snack only 2 times to not experience anymore these ques for a bit of fries and 3 chicken nughets (in my personal opinion its better to do not have even this option in all inclusive, staff time could be used for something else) -drinks are given in a small plastic or paper cup (200 ml) sometimes you are lucky you get a glass with 300 ml Generally, it seems to be hotel is lacking of glasses; many times we saw staff was looking for glasses around the pool area to wash it and being able to use it - we experienced running out beer which was only drinkable option for us from alcoholic drinks - Lagoon restaurant - absolutely ZOO, huge restaurant, I’ve never experience something like this; People behaved like they’ve not eaten for the last 14 days, they piled their plates with the food they wasted later anyway! They skipped lines using their children. Again there was s lack of mugs for a Coffee or tea and you have to look for at least paper cup. There were only two Coffee machines for hundred of people. We had to wait in a line for 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes for a soft drink. So we never got soft drink for a dinner as we didn’t want to spend almost 40 minutes in queue. - There was second restaurant Basilico which looked little bit better, however we were denied with the access. The staff told us this is only for europeans and if we want to access we have to pay. I would like to higlight the fact the we are europeans and still we could not attend it and didn’t get a proper explanation! - The pier for entering the sea is shared by 3 others parrotel resorts which gets really busy, people are standing on the stairs and blocking access to the sea, also snorchling is a bit limited by small area to huge amount of people in summer period - At the reception the lady was automatically talking to us in Russian which was also annoying to repeate her for several times we dont speak russian; apart from this the reception staff was helpful Cons: - Food was okay, we never went hungry - Staff was really nice and polite, they did everything what they can to help and make us happy, however without support from management it’s hard job for them to provide quality service - Animation team was very friendly - We got ala carte dinner in restaurant which was also in the resort, this was also great experience - lovely table setting and atmosphere; the service from staff was amazing, they were very professional and friendly - The pool was also nice - Every day they grilled meat for lunch and dinner (again huge
