Sorry to say that it’s my 1st time giving a negative review in my more than 40 years of travel. I have stayed in Jinjiang many times. I am very disappointed that this particular Jinjiang is lacking in service , giving my husband and I a not too good experience. Breakfast is also a disappointment. Toilet was not well cleaned leading to smell of urine. I used my disinfectant spray to get rid of the smell. During the 2 days stay, our coming and going out of the hotel was never greeted by staff. They are either busy looking at something or mobile phone. No one lifted their heads to at least smile. I have been in China since 22/10/24, all hotels staff either said “ni hai” or greet us with a smile. The only smile and greeting I get was from Ms Zhang on 4/11/24 morning when I checked out. She was kind enough to help us book a taxi. Please convey our thanks to her.
