Approximately 1,500 sq feet including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accommodates 6-8 comfortably. Bedroom one has a queen bed. Bedroom two has a full bed. Bedroom three has two twin bunk beds. Wind down your days on the large front porch with a ceiling fan or the fire pit behind the house. Amenities and Activities This home is located in a neighborhood on Middle Bass Island that has it’s own water treatment and sewer plant. The water is safe to drink and in our opinion delicious! You will also find our home away from home including: Fully-stocked kitchen (minus the food) Coffee/tea Fire pit Books and games High-speed Wifi Central heat and AC Bedding and towels provided Rain shower systems and floor to ceiling tile showers Feel free to walk down to the Burgundy Bay Marina and fish off the docks. This is located next to the neighborhood pool. We also are happy to book a fishing charter for up to 6 people to meet your needs.
