Worst experience! I don‘t even know where to start. If I could, I would give 0 stars. We booked this hotel at agoda, got a booking confirmation and arrived there at 11 in the night. We were quite tired from the trainride and had to wait some time until someone came to the reception. The guy was asking us, if we booked the 3 nights, which we did. He then told us that it is only available for 1 night, because they are booked out. So if this is the case, why can‘t they inform their guests in advance??! I told him that we already paid for the 3 nights online and then the called the owner. The terrible part is just about to start… the owner was constantly SCREAMING at us - telling us „no agoda“ and that we should cancel the booking. I tried to explain him that we cannot cancel the booking because we will not get any money back then. He did not understand us, spoke very little english and SCREAMED at us again… „no agoda..cancel!!“. I have never been treated this unprofessional. To make it even worse, he videocalled his wife while we were discussing, pointing his camera at us. We left in the end in the middle of the night to find a new accommodation, also we had to discuss this case with agoda. Agoda tried to reach the hotel some times, they did not reach them. We are still waiting for our money.
