We booked the Villa room for one night. I must say we had a great time. The property is huge, well built and maintained well. The food was also great. We tried both al a carte and buffet. The could have been more options in buffet for the price paid but taste of each item was really good.
There are a lot of activities you can do during day like play golf, enjoy go karting, enjoy the pool area etc

Pros: The ambience is amazing. I went to purulia visit for 2 days and stayed at kushal palli. The activities are marvellous. I did not go to any side scenes because this resort is like a heaven. Cons: the price of food a bit expensive and people are a bit slow. I would like to rate 8.5/10

kushal pally resort is an awesome resort. The area of the resort is so big that one can't walk in a single shoot. The breakfast buffet is so delicious.

the amenities promised was not delivered, very poor behaviour and service, the property is good but customers are not valued there.
they forcefully checked us out. The property was good very nice actually, but the staff at the reception area too arrogant, they forced us to checkout at 11 sharp seemed like they were throwing us out, I requested for first aid but no one came. Service is very terrible

Excellent property. We stayed at banglow 201 room number, house keeping staff were very good. Rooms are spacious neat and clean. Food are decilious. The property has lots of amenities and very big.

Staff was well behaved. It is a premium property with plenty of amenities. Enjoyed the stay. But few basics lacking
1) No bucket/mug in bathroom
2) no room slippers
3) mini fridge wasn't working
4) food was okay.
Buffets were good but alaqat that we took for dinner was average

The stay was perfect. The staffs were cordial and walked the extra mile to make things comfortable for patrons. But there was a dearth of Bengali food. If only that could improve.

the property is very good and rooms are very neat and clean. it is a huge property and our stay was very comfortable. all the amenities were very clean and well maintained. staff was very polite and helpful. they delivered a cake at midnight for my marriage anniversary.
