The location of property is good. Quality of food is average. However there are some grievances like i had to ask for basic amenities like towels and toiletries. The bed laundries are also not clean. Overall the price paid to stay in this hotel is not up to the mark.

I stayed with my parents at the executive suite and we had a great time. The location is 1 hour from the purulia station and very convenient for day tours. The food is great and service is good too. Very good and clean property.

Location and room cleanliness is adequate, modern amenities are very good. One of two room booked where ac functioning is not ok. Room services are better. Normal veg bengali dishes are very good, but non veg and chinese dishes are very ordinary.

The view, rooms, and facilities at the resort were better than the photos and descriptions available online. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The staff were courteous and well behaved. The manager was helpful too. In spite of incessant rains they delivered our food, water bottles and other requirements at our cottage. The breakfast menu can be improved a bit.

From the moment we entered akash hill top resort. We liked the place. Extremely cordial and well behaved staff. Room was very good. Resturant specially the food quality was good. Service was good. They have a nice swimming pool. Overall a good value for money.

Good ambience. Food quality is very bad. Complimentary breakfast has limited options. Extra charges for pool and whatever they do. Manager was very bad rude. Car rental price is high. Others staffs are good.
