I recently had the misfortune of staying at a certain hotel that left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. My experience was marred by abysmal service, ongoing renovation work, and rooms that were far from accommodating. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others who might consider booking a stay at this establishment.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel staff had no interest in providing a pleasant experience. The receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my presence as she checked me in. Her lack of professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay.
To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovation during my visit. I was unaware of this fact when making the reservation, as it was not disclosed on their website or during the booking process. My assigned room was a nightmare. The furniture appeared worn-out and outdated, desperately in need of replacement. The AC wasn’t working properly, the washrooms were wrecked. It is clear that the ***agement prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction, and until they address these issues, it is best to avoid this hotel!

Trotz umfassender Erfahrung mit Indien Reisen, war die Erfahrung mit dieser Einrichtung dann doch wieder besonders: Ankunft, Begrüßung und Zimmer Übergabe waren so schleppend ,eine einzige Katastrophe, anders lässt sich das nicht beschreiben: die Zimmer sind seit gefühlten Jahrzehnten nicht renoviert worden;sei‘s drum,aber wir fühlen uns geneppt.Einziger Pluspunkt sind die vielen, sehr netten, aber leider vom selbstgefälligen ***agement eingesetzten Mitarbeiter. Sehr bemüht, aber angesichts der ganz offensichtlichen ***agement Lethargie nicht in der Lage der Gesamteindruck zu verbessern. Ich frage mich allen Ernstes, wie *** in diesem Hotel Urlaub machen kann,ohne Schaden zu nehmen.

A nice big hotel and that's the downfall of it....u start cleaning from one end and by the time u reach the other end ,the starting point is dirty again.... though we stayed here with family,it is basically used for conferences or marriages.... luckily they weren't holding any of these when we were there....food is good and breakfast has good variety....the beach lies at one end of the hotel though a bit dirty.....pool is nice ....overall okay but its hugeness is its problem..

Over all I got very good service in term of Food and Surrounding environment. During the event staff cordination is very good. Staff is very helpful. Mr. Tanmay, Mr Linga and Mr Satya show dedication in term of service and always ready to support.

The visit was awesome and specially the stay at hotel was very comfortable and specially the food was very very tasty and the service was very courteous and specially bipin and liza were very sincere and served us very well. We would definitely recommend others to come and stay here for lovely hospitality

Worst place to stay and host any event. The resort is full of mosquito. Very poor quality of staff. If you are planning any event in Chariot please think a 100 times before booking the place. They have caused extreme level of inconvenience. We booked the resort my sister's wedding and just 15 days before the wedding they denied to allow the event company that we have booked for the event, even though the event team was empanelled with the resort at the time of booking. And we were not informed on this by the resort. On the days of events the resort has so maintanence, all our guests were having red faces because of mosquito bites. Swimming pool was also dirty. Overall not even a ok experience with the resort.

It is the very best time we are having with chariot resort in Puri. Awesome lace to dine with, very delicious and sumptuous food with very pleasent staff. I would not miss visiting this place again and again. If you are looking for a great ambience definitely visit this place😊😊

The hotel in Puri where we stayed for one day, the hospitality, hygiene n food everything is amazing, staff is very ground to earth n service is awesome, I want to recommend all my friends. No words to express my love towards this hotel. I can give 5 stars for this. I met Mr. Bipin, Ms Liza, Nilu n others staff service is very good n great to see you all again n again.

Everything is perfect no other words to tell..... Excellent.....I came with my mom and view from room and food is very good.......staff vipin , lika, shanghamitra, nilu, and all the staff are very good...on table of we ask for something also they will get it to us......fish curry and butter chicken was too tasty.... breakfast varieties was also good
