my stay at Hotel Santana was very good. the staff behaviour was very generous. food and cleaniness was good. atmosphere was good.
though the hotel was a bit far from the beach as well as the temple, good conectivity was available.
I would recommend this property for ppl who r looking for peace and serenity

Not so friendly management, staff behaviour was rude... When we entered the room we didn't received air-conditioning remote, water bottle.

room was not that much clean and blankets were also very dirty . there was no remote for AC so you have to wait for atleast 15 to 16 minutes to get the room cool down. also in description it was mentioned it is sea facing but it was all lie. it's even too much far from the temple. so don't get fooled by the pictures shown in the description please go for some other options.

In simple words, the manager here does not give any respect to those who book and gives bad rooms in return.
